FacebookAbsolutely disgraceful. 48 hours before my step daughter was due to move into a rental property Chancellors have told her that the move cannot go ahead. She has a signed contract and has paid the deposit. No one is responding to phone calls or emails. Spent the whole morning trying to get hold of someone to find out what is happening.

FacebookWe recently sold our flat through Oliver in the Langley branch who was professional and enthusiastic. Hannah in the progression team was fantastic, it's the first time i've sold a property and she was brilliant, I think I would have gone nuts without her help liasing with the buyers and in particular their crap solicitors! Chancellors are pricey but the customer service we had was great.

GoogleHaving had a survey done on 7 The Jetty, Mollington, a number of negative issues were raised. I was extremely disappointed with lack of support and communication from the Banbury office. Complaints of poor service were made to their Head Office. I would advise anyone purchasing this property to ensure that the all imminent legal issues, repair needs and costs are disclosed.

GoogleOliver has provided an amazing service. He has showed us several properties and communicated with the sellers quickly and efficiently answering any questions or queries within the hour. We are now in the process of buying the "right property for us" and have found the process quite painless. I would highly recommend this company as they are always friendly, personable and professional.
