Still in the process of buying our first home, Charlotte has been fantastic to deal with both over the phone and via email. She has always responded quickly, professionally, and helpfully. As first-time buyers, the process can feel quite overwhelming at times, but she has taken the time to answer all of our questions clearly and patiently, which has made everything much less stressful. Craig was also great during the viewings, giving us plenty of time to look around without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Overall, we’ve had a really positive experience so far.

Chad came to value my property and he was nice and professional so I went with chancellors. That was the worst decision I made, they were terrible. I would go as far to say unprofessional and incompetent. To start they recommend a solicitor which costs more than others but I was promised they would be in constant communication. (Don’t go with solicitors they recommend there as bad as chancellors) I even received an email from Charlotte saying she would check in every 3 days. That was a lie I’m not sure she ever bothered contacting them. The entire process the communication just was non existent. It sometimes felt like they had an attitude when emailing. I’m genuinely disappointed in the service, I have another house that I rent out which I’m looking to sell, it’s safe to say this company won’t be called to sell.

Honestly couldn't be more pleased with the service we have had from Chancellors - in particular Amarjit. We started our journey with a different estate agent which was a bit of a non starter. Amarjit came to see us, immediately understood our move goals, moved quickly, backed our corner and pushed for results. There have been various bumps in the road which have made this process difficult but with chancellors support we felt more at ease. I would also like to mention the amazing service that Kathy provided along the way - both ladies were strong, professional and empathetic to our situation - I wouldn't have been able to do this without them. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart, we can finally give our little boy the life he deserves in a bigger house with a garden and his own bedroom. I will always recommend Chancellors to anyone looking to move and I would certainly use them again (hopefully not soon - no offense!)

I wouldn't recommend Banbury chancellors renting agency at all. Their customer service is awful! My sons rents from them and I'm his guarantor. When we try to call them the person who deals with the property is never in. They say they will get someone to call us back but they never do. When we go into the shop the person is never in. All we need is information but it's like talking to a brick wall. They are nice as pie when your looking for a place but once your in they don't want to help.

As first-time buyers, my husband and I were initially intimidated by the process of buying a house but the service provided by Emily right from the start was truly exceptional!! We met during the viewing of the house we purchased. She made us feel like our needs were first priority. Answered our concerns and questions in a timely manner and listened to our needs right from the start. Thanks to her, the negotiation process was dealt fast and easy without any drama. She went back and forward from us to the seller in no time and we were able to secure the house within a week of it being on the market! Since the offer accepted, we can confidently say that Emily has been courteous, professional, honest and responsive. Now that we are dealing with all the boring stuff before signing the contract, she is keeping us up-to-date anticipating the next steps of the process and making it all look very reassuring.
