this is the worst experience of renting a property. when we visited the property they said all the white goods included. but the day we moved in we realized there is no fridge and washing machine. even after that boiler, heaters and many other things was not working. despite all the emails and contact they never dealt with the issue. I told them the boiler is not working and they send me a link to download the boiler's brochure. I will never ever work with this agency any more.

Terrible estate agents. The tenancy started with a walk around where some issues were pointed out. None of them were fixed throughout the year and when we complained several times that a back door was still not fixed since the start and was a security issue, Camilla the property manager was very rude and unhelpful. We were subsequently forced to pay towards the repair of this but it had worsened due to weather conditions and somehow became the responsibility of the tenants. If they had fixed it in the first place, it wouldn't have got worse. They set up a portal to report maintenance issues - several were reported, none fixed. Waste of time. A toilet seat that was broken at the start, again never repaired. When I had called, I was told to find my own handyman. When the tenants wanted to stay on, they couldn't get an answer from the agents if it was okay to proceed with an application. Was contacted by the agents at the end to put them in touch with the tenants and asked them if I could help with the query and met with a rude answer. I was only trying to help - the agent apologised after but they are truly the worst at correspondence and customer care. DO NOT USE.

Fantastic service by Nelli throughout my searches for a property. She has kept in contact with me the whole time and showed me all the properties that they had on the market. Didn’t rush me into a decision or push me towards making an offer. Very professional and made time for me to view certain properties more than once and extremely helpful. Definitely recommend to use bairstow eves as I couldn’t fault their services. Thank you

Kelly and Shay from the Banbury office have been amazing from start to finish. It was not a straight forward sale and the chain could have broke down times but Shay and Kelly both went above and beyond to help us. Shay even for his hands dirty on completion day and help with the moving in! Amazing service!!!

I think I've had one of the most difficult moving processes of all time but bairstow eves kept on pushing it through and helped loads! I don't think I would have moved without their help! They stayed calm and patient throughout the hole process and went above and beyond when it came to chasing solicitors and buyers!

Second time I have used them for a purchase. Firstly Amber and then Shay helped me with the communication between the solicitors (they did not need to). Always replied my questions quickly, supported me and they tried their best to help. I cannot recommend them more. 5 stars

This was our first house buy. Bairstows Eves, but more specifically our property consultant (Nelli) was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. Nelli provided all the support we needed and went out of her way to answer all our questions/concerns. A real superstar!
