Nellie is especially helpful and responsive, but i found the whole team very effective and its one the best experiences I've had selling a house through an estate agent in a while. GoogleMy parents had an appointment at 1pm to see one of the mortgage advisor, they changed to 2pm which is fine , but when my parents are showed up there was nobody in the office, the mortgage advisor call them up later saying, he was on the phone that’s why he didn’t open the office for my parents. This is not acceptable. Save some time for yourself and do not go here for any advice, they are unreliable.

GoogleCompany completely loses interest after you have moved out of your rented house. Week 5, still no sign of a deposit and I'm being ignored by everyone. Landlord has confirmed we left the house in an acceptable state so at this point our money is being held hostage for no reason. Money we could really use for moving into a new house. During our let, our landlord was more helpful than the company themselves so we went to him directly instead of bothering with them.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
Hello Lucy, after speaking to the branch about this, we know an appointment was made with you to attend the property in order to conduct the check out process, before the new tenant moved in. Unfortunately you did not attend this appointment which meant we could no longer conduct the check out process. We therefore need written conformation from the landlord to say that they were happy to release the despot with out any deductions. This took longer than expected to received despite the branch chasing this numerous times. Please note the branch has not control over the deposit itself and is totally reliant on consent being sent from the landlord before they can release any monies. Our record show you were advised this numerous time and kept up to date at all time. We hope this explains things although if you have any further comments please email us at review@countrywide.co.uk

GoogleJason knows what he's doing, being clear and honest about the current state of the market in Banbury. Nelli lined up a series of viewings straight away and the flat was sold a couple of days later. Fees were also quite reasonable.
