GoogleThe team has a nice balance between being professional and having a sense of humour. There is a good level of pragmatism when they identify and solving issues, and at times they're proactive with information. Thanks for helping with the purchase.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleJust a huge thank you to all the Lettings team! Especially Tim who found me the perfect tenant - I know I’m in safe hands with you all!

GoogleRecently bought my house with Reeds Rains and also got my mortgage through Amanda, their mortgage advisor. Amanda was brilliant, always did anything I asked of her and even went as far as checking into it and letting me know information whilst on holiday out of the country. Couldn't recommend or thank them all enough. Will

GoogleNick Reid and the lettings team are excellent. I was looking for a fully managed service, and from initial contact, through to finding a tenant and to managing the property, Nick and the team are always quick and effective to help get me sorted. I strongly recommend these guys.

GoogleCurrently in the process as a first time buyer, which has been made a lot less scarier and tons easier with these guys. I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff at Bamber bridge. Ali, Emma Rebecca are mainly who I’ve spoke to and they’ve been nothing but spot on the whole way through. Not only do they actually speak to you like a human being, they provide really useful information and help for people like myself that need it! Not once have I felt out of the loop. I can’t pick my phone up quick enough with the promptness and efficiency of the staff! Thank you all so much.

GoogleI couldn’t recommend the Bamber Bridge highly enough! My dealings with Alison as a first time buyer were above and beyond what I expected. Worked around me for viewings unlike other estate agents who just told me which slots they had and I had to take it or leave it! Any queries I had were dealt with by Alison in a timely manner and couldn’t recommend any highly! Will be definitely using this branch again in the future! Thanks for all your help Alison!

GoogleBamber Bridge branch were simply phenomenal in their service and I cannot give them enough credit for the help and support they gave me right through the entire sales process. Alison in particular was simply epic, she had the answers and was chasing the chain up to get it exchanged as soon as possible. Alison took so much stress out of the situation it just proves to me that not all hero wear capes she was brilliant! Thank you again everyone at the branch you are amazing!!!!

GoogleWe recently had a great experience purchasing our new home with the ladies at the Bamber Bridge branch. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, and made every effort to ensure the purchase moved quickly and smoothly. Alison and Donna in particular were fabulous, and the lady who showed us around the property (who's name unfortunately escapes me) was also lovely to deal with. The ladies here are obviously very caring and passionate about their roles, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. I might also add that Donna in particular deserves a 'shout out' as although she does not appear to be as visible and front of house as the other ladies, she was the one who put in the majority of the groundwork, and ensured that any concerns were quckly dealt with/resolved, and all the legal arrangements and requirements were completed at the speed of light. Fantastic people to deal with, and as mentioned previously, I could not recommend highly enough. A big thank you to everyone involved.
