Rebecca, Emma and Donna at Reeds Rains Bamber Bridge were brilliant with our sale and purchase recently. From start to finish they were honest, approachable, helpful and most importantly supportive through what, for us, was a highly stressful 6 months. They kept in direct contact with our solicitor on a daily basis when needed and did everything in their power to help us get our forever house. Well, what can I say? Fab-u-lous! I have been viewing houses for what feels like 800 years so I feel quietly confident to know a good estate agent when I find one 😆. I just completed a purchase on my first home and Emma and Donna were superb. Helpful, considerate, encouraging, they always had time to answer questions, do viewings, give advice and I enjoyed the chat and banter too - made it less stressful! Not pushy either, gave me the time to make my own decisions which I appreciated. They also care about what they are doing, so if I was selling a property with them I'd feel confident they would get the best outcome. All round superstars, thank you all!

I rented a property with Reed Rains and after a year my Landlord decided to sell. I offered to buy the house and my Landlord was very happy for me to purchase the property. I would update my Landlord on the progress. When I got a Decision in Principle I called the landlord and told him and he told me to Contact Reed Rains because he was still happy for me to buy the house. I gave Reed Rains the Decision in Principle only to Receive a phone call the following morning from Donna saying the Landlord doesn't want to sell to me anymore. I couldn't believe it as I had spoken to him the previous day. Fast forward I bought a house and moved out. Bumped into my former landlord and he told me that Reed Rains told him that I could never get a mortgage and I was high risk. So Donna advised my former landlord not to sell the house to me. Anyway, I bought an even bigger and better house.

What can be one of the most stressful events in life, selling a house and moving home was made much easier with the help of the staff at Reeds Rains. Their expertise and advice was invaluable, from getting the house valued and on the market, to organising viewings and working with the solicitors and buyers as the sale progressed. We had a sale agreed within 3 days of our house hitting the market. All the staff are so professional and friendly and were there to answer any queries and support us throughout. I can't thank Rebecca enough for keeping everything under control, which really made this move stress free for myself and my family. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
