I bought my property from Reeds Rains in Bamber Bridge. Donna went above and beyond from the day I walked in the office to view another property. That one had already gone but Donna advised about the property I now own. As I was interested Donna took me to see the property and kept me informed of how things were going every step of the way after my offer had been accepted. On completion day she brought the keys to me as I don’t drive. I would definitely recommend buying from Reeds Rains. Donna is a credit to the company and deserves every success. From the first moment dealing with Rebecca & Donna they were friendly, transparent and upfront. What an amazing service from Reed Rains we've had. After having to find a new home for my grandma, we came across a lovely little bungalow which was perfect for her. From the very first viewing all the way through to getting the keys today, Lauren and Jasmine have worked impeccably to ensure we were kept informed and helped us out when dealing with some of the trickier aspects with my Grandma not having access to internet banking. I genuinely can’t recommend the team at Reeds Rains in Bamber Bridge enough. Selling my first house felt pretty daunting if I’m honest. I had no real idea how the process worked and there were definitely moments where I felt unsure. However from the very first time I reached out, they just made me feel supported. Nothing ever felt like a silly question and they were always patient and clear with me. Mark was brilliant from the get go. When he came to value the house, he didn’t just talk numbers, he actually took the time to talk about the property properly. He made me feel proud of my home, which meant a lot to me. Donna, Emily, Rebecca and the whole team at Reeds Rains Bamber Bridge have been absolutely immense. I sold my Mum's property in Hoghton through this branch a couple of years ago, and it was a seamless experience. I've just sold my property in Farington too. As I work away for much of the year, Donna and Team undertook all the viewings (there were many) and secured an above asking price offer within a very short period of time. Following the sale, their follow up has been excellent, communicating with my buyer and with Solicitors and guiding me through the whole process. I will be moving abroad in a couple of years and will rent out my new property, leaving that also under the care of Reeds Rains. The care and attention to their role has been second to none. I cannot speak highly enough of the service, efficiency and friendliness of Donna and all her staff at Reeds Rains Estate Agency in Bamber Bridge. The staff here made me feel like I was an exclusive client. They went above and beyond to make my purchase quick and easy. From first viewing to completion took only a couple of weeks.
