Can’t rate the service highly enough! Laura was totally fantastic from start to finish! So friendly, yet professional, and couldn’t be more helpful throughout the whole process. Nicole was great at keeping me updated as well. They couldn’t do enough to help speed the whole process along, and managed to get me a cracker deal with Virgin. I’ll be sure to use them next time. I cannot recommend PropertyPal Mortgages enough, especially the mortgage advisor Damien Kirk. I had thought the initial process of applying and being accepted for a mortgage would be very stressful. This was not the case at all as Damien was very helpful and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. The service I received from PropertyPal Mortgages was very professional and customer centred. I would highly recommend PropertyPal Mortgages.

From start to finish Owen and the team were fantastic. There were some issues with my credit at the beginning, however, I was kept well informed and given options throughout. During the whole process, I was emailed and called at every successful stage. This was perfect as it kept me informed but also took away a lot of the pressure. I would highly recommend the service!

Been using Marie and the team for around 7 or 8 years now and couldn't ask for better service or advice. Marie's advice is next to none and payed off after her advising me to take out fracture cover which unfortunately 2 years ago i needed. The insurance paid out straight away, which covered my bills and mortgage for the few months i was off

We had a lot of difficulty securing a mortgage on a property we fell in love with but PropertyPal Mortgages did not stop until we were sorted and into the house. However Ian and the team took the to understand the complexities and then devise a strategy and product which matched my needs now and for the future.
