FacebookWe dealt with APP Auctioneering and were very happy with the process. Our experience was a little different as we were trying to sell a house in Ireland from a different country. Caroline was fantastic to deal with. We were selling in a time when the market was very uncertain. I felt I could always reach out with questions and they were dealt with very professionally. All in all, I would highly recommend APP anytime!

FacebookKirranne Auctioneering are an excellent company. Caroline and Kevin are honest and trustworthy. Excellent communicators. Be it sales or rental, you can hand over your keys and let them work away and they will take the stress out of letting or selling your home.

FacebookWhen we wanted to sell our home, we knew we wanted Auctioneers who would really deliver a great service to both seller and buyer. Caroline & Kevin do just that, in bucket loads. They really know the property market and love what they do. The are accessible and really listen to you, working hard to help you achieve your sale or purchase. If we ever need to sell again, we know we will be coming straight back to Caroline Kirrane & Kevin Kirrane - Highly recommended!
