I had the privilege of working with Caroline. From the moment I connected with her, her professionalism and expertise shone through. Not only did she arrange property viewings, but she also provided valuable recommendations for surveyor and professionals needed to ensure a seamless process. A special mention goes to Kevin, whose sincerity in describing the property's potential was both refreshing and reassuring. I will definitely recommend their services to anyone seeking top-notch real estate experience.

We have bought and sold with APP Kirrane and on both occasions we had a very positive experience with them. Kevin and Caroline are professional, friendly, reliable, very knowledgeable about the local area and are always at the end of the phone to answer any queries you may have. If you are looking to buy or sell look no further than APP Kirrane, would have no hesitation recommending them!

As we live abroad we really wanted to find an auctioneer that we could trust to manage the sale of a family property and Caroline Kirrane proved an excellent choice. She kept us continually updated on all developments and was always available to answer our queries. We are delighted to recommend her.

We dealt with APP Auctioneering and were very happy with the process. Our experience was a little different as we were trying to sell a house in Ireland from a different country. Caroline was fantastic to deal with. We were selling in a time when the market was very uncertain. I felt I could always reach out with questions and they were dealt with very professionally. All in all, I would highly recommend APP anytime!

Kirranne Auctioneering are an excellent company. Caroline and Kevin are honest and trustworthy. Excellent communicators. Be it sales or rental, you can hand over your keys and let them work away and they will take the stress out of letting or selling your home.
