I recently had the opportunity to work with Caroline and Kevin Kirrane at APP Kirrane Auctioneering, and I was thoroughly impressed. Their professionalism, deep knowledge of the property market, and genuine commitment to their clients truly set them apart. They made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Their understanding of the local market in Co. Mayo was invaluable, and their advice was always honest and well-informed. I would highly recommend APP Kirrane Auctioneering to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent property in the Mayo area. A top-class service from start to finish

I bought my house few months ago. I would recommend APP Kirrane auctioneering to anybody wanting to buy a property. If you want proactive agents willing to work hard to help you get a property of your choice, look no further. Caroline was willing to do a viewing with me on a weekend which was very much appreciated. And this property from APP Kirrane was the last I viewed among the many I have already viewed from other agents, whilst searching for a property and that was the one that won my heart. It was a quick sale and I am so happy with the support I got from APP Kirrane team. Caroline, Kevin and the team make the process really easy. I am delighted at this property and thank you so much for your professionalism. Its going to be my first Christmas in my own house. Thanks for the Christmas card too. Much appreciate and Merry Christmas. Best regards, Catherine

Myself and my wife just bought our first home with Kirrane Auctioneers and we would both highly recommend them. Both Kevin and Caroline are extremely professional, knowledgeable and genuinely very pleasant to deal with. (If I had the time, id nearly book more viewings just to have the chats with Kevin as he is so friendly to deal with and down to earth) Caroline was also brilliant and always available to answer our questions whenever we had one and also just so friendly and down to earth. We would both highly recommend Kirrane Auctioneers to anybody buying a property.

Last summer, Kevin Kirrane sold us a home in Ballyhaunis that we absolutely cherish. I feel awful it's taken me so long to review him after all his hard work, patience, and above-and-beyond help. We moved here from the U.S., and the ways of real estate here are completely different than in the U.S., so we spent a lot of time confused. We spent months searching for a house, and looking online, we loved this one that he sold us. Mr. Kirrane met us after a three-hour drive (he was here early), allowed us a very long time to look through everything carefully and ask a ridiculous number of questions, and then, for a few weeks, answered MORE questions via phone, text, and email (he always answered within an hour of receiving it or less), all the while being so friendly and patient and helpful without ever once being pushy. Once we made our offer, there was a bit of back and forth with the seller that Mr. Kirrane helped us maneuver, and finally, we got the house. The previous owners had left most of the furniture and some appliances, much of it unusable or not operational, but Mr. Kirrane offered to come pick up everything we didn't want and get rid of it for us. That's service! We had so much to deal with (immigration issues, utilities, moving stuff from storage in the Netherlands), so his help was a total Godsend. (I can't imagine any realtor/auctioneer doing that for us in the U.S.!) He was also most helpful getting us set up with utilities. We feel so lucky he was our auctioneer; he was everything we needed: patient (and our inexperience with home-buying in Ireland required LOTS of patience on his part!), kind, friendly, and tremendously helpful. (When he came to pick up the stuff we didn't want, his wife came to help, and she was a sweetheart as well!) Before we officially moved in, he even allowed us to store some stuff in his office since we were having to make several trips here to Ballyhaunis from Tipperary with our dogs and needed to stash some things for a week or so. We can't recommend him highly enough. Kevin Kirrane did right by us (and this is the best house we've ever owned ~ and we're going on 70 years old!) We are happy, happy customers.

In the process of seeing houses, these auctioneers have been by far the nicest and most helpful we've dealt with. They treated us with a lot of respect and answered all our questions with care. Such a refreshing interaction after dealing wih a lot of other auctioneers that seemed to have no time to deal with us.

Robbed me of my deposit on a house I rented a couple years ago. Reason why deposit was not given back was due to a door being damaged. The door was repairable or even to buy the door at the time was not worth the deposit I paid. Also very rude to deal with especially Caroline. Does not have any acknowledgement towards young people. Very very rude and still owe me deposit or what's left after the new door. Can't even rent off this crowd due to a door being broke and that was due to illness out of control. Would highly not recommend unless they know you then you are ok.
