FacebookWe have let a property from Saxton Mee for nearly a year now and they have been the most helpful letting agents I have come across. Very helpful whenever we have needed to call, resolving issues the same day. Due to our situation we had to vacate the property earlier than I tenancy ran out and Saxton Mee did all they could to allow us to move out early with no additional fees! We cannot thank them enough and especially Brad (letting agents for Banner Cross). Thanks guys

From our initial meeting with Liz Agar and Judith everything has been dealt with efficiently, swiftly and professionally. All of the staff we dealt with, Alison, Judith, Liz and Jenny, have done what they said they would, when they said they would, and have advised us every step of the way. We have been able to speak to Alison Robinson the agent in charge of our sale at any time we needed to, if she didn't have the answer immediately, which was rare, she got back to us promptly with the answer. I have a few properties in sheffield and Derbyshire and Saxton Mee does the letting for me. I deal mostly with Sandra Henry and she is absolutely marvellous. She is highly efficient and if she says she is going to do something she does. She also advises me on rent and the different services available. I thoroughly recommend her .

Tim and Stephanie initially gave a good sales pitch and said everything that a prospective seller would want to hear. We gave the go ahead for them to market our family home and from there on in the cracks started to show.

We recently bought and sold properties using Saxton Mee. We had a fantastic experience liaising with the team at Stocksbridge and Hillsborough. They always contacted us if we left a message for them to do so and never rushed us. The team took the time to explain anything that we didn't understand and and it felt like they held our hand when dealing with some tricky legalities that we encountered along the way.

FacebookAVOID AVOID AVOID Very unprofessional and rude behaviour from Sandra Henry (Bannercross office), I couldn’t get the key for my new home because of long weekend she called me and was too rude and asked me to get out of the house tonight take your stuff and kids to the storage I don’t know anything the sale is done on the property and if the deal cancels you will be liable for that . I never never made any trouble in my 27 months tenancy paid rent well in time and was fully prepared to vacate the property before the due date but just because of long weekend couldn’t get the keys for new home I am a heart patient and had to go to the hospital because of her threats. I will not recommend them at all and will never be going back to them.
