They have been professional, friendly and helpful it seems as though you are dealing with friends. They are empathetic and will advise if needed or asked for. Although friendly they are utterly professional. It nearly makes me want to move house myself, well done Tim.

Viewed a few houses in my local area with this estate agent. Sales representative were not very good at all. Their sheer lack of communication once having placed bids on a house was incredibly poor and if there was an option to give a zero rating I would.

FacebookI'm recommending Saxton Mee in Bakewell because they are kind and caring so I'd trust my house sale or purchase to them anytime. I say this not because of a house transaction but because my husband fell outside their shop yesterday and they rushed out to help and offered him a seat in their shop and a glass of water. How kind. thank you!

FacebookWe spent nearly 6 years as tenants with Saxton Mee, and I could not rate them more highly. The staff were always a pleasure to contact, and resolved any problems we had with the property swiftly. The fees are reasonable, and the checkout process was handled with the utmost professionalism. We were sad to have to leave them upon our relocation from Sheffield!

They helped us deal with a buyer who could prevaricate for England, were excellent at liaising with both sets of solicitors (also strong contenders for prevarication honours) and were thoroughly helpful and professional throughout. FacebookVery poor communication. Extremely bad customer relations as a buyer. Difficult to speak to the right person. Kept getting passed from pillar to post with the promise of a phone call that never came. Would avoid.
