TrustpilotSale of home, Excellent service
Jason from Habor Property helped me and my fiancé sell our old home.He was very knowledgeable and understanding of what we wanted to do and guided us through the whole process.Communication was excellent we were always informed and kept up to date on everything. Jason & his team managed to achieve a higher than expected value on the sale and also closed the sale within a week of being on the market. Excellent service, really friendly, very professional and reliable. I would highly recommend others to use this company for anyone looking to sell or purchase.

TrustpilotWorry free experience
Selling a property when you live abroad and are 7 hours behind the UK presents some challenges. Jason and Claire dealt with this and secured a very good price for my dad. I always felt that everything was in good hands and I had no need to worry. I would not hesitate to recommend Harbor Property to anyone.

TrustpilotFirst Class Estate Agents
First class effort from all at Harbor. We put our house on the market on Dec 2019 and the team at Harbor were straight on to marketing of our house. They promoted the property with fantastic pictures and a very detailed description. Within the first 2 weeks we had viewings and offers in which was great. However due to people's circumstances out with ours and Harbors control we had to remarket our house a number of times before it finally went through. Throughout this process I couldn't have asked for anything more from Harbor. They always remarketed the house and done everything they could to get viewings and offers. Jason (Owner) in particular went above and beyond on multiple occasions with our sale, he even playing a part in helping us securing our dream home in June 2020.If you are looking for an Estate Agent that will be there for you and sell your house, then these are the guys. Thanks again.

FacebookWe recently used Mortgage Information Bureau to make the purchase of our new home. As first time buyers we were unsure of all the processes involved. I can’t recommend them enough. Jason and Jordan both made our whole moving experience stress free. They bent over backwards to ensure we got into our property on our correct date, despite being in full lockdown. I will definitely use them again for any moves in the future.

Great service from all of the Harbor team from start to finish. Our initial sale fell through and they couldn't have been more supportive in getting our house sold for a second time 2 months later. Five stars for all of the team - Jason, Charlie, Abbie, Angela and the rest. Couldn't fault them - would use them again and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We were fortunate to buy and sell with Harbor and the whole proccess was a first class service. Communication was excellent and they achieved more than market value for our property and managed to negotiate a great deal for buying our new home so we cannot thank them enough. We enjoyed the fact we were not dealing with different agents and along with mortgage its all under one roof and a really professional service.
