An amazing team makes a fantastic company

My wife and I can not thank harbor property enough! They are an amazing team who helped us sell our previous home which had been our family for many decades to which was a difficult decision to make but they reassured us at any point if we felt unsure they would be there to help in any way needed and they held their promise. They were able to get us an amazing deal which gave us the opportunity to buy a more suited home and still have the finances to live comfortably and more. We cannot be more greatful to the whole team!. Thank yous very much!

Agency booked an appointment with the owner for Sunday 30th of May at 12:30PM. I got there on time, no one answered the door, no one turned up, waited 20 minutes before leaving. Couldn't phone the owner because I wasn't given their number. Owner didn't phone me, I'm assuming for the same reason. Phoned the office and they were closed. Fantastic service, above and beyond the norm. Jason goes out of his way and is available what seems like 24/7 At one point I thought my sale was going down the tubes through a building issue and I was resigned to staying where I was, one call later and I was away picking furniture for the new house as Jason got me the necessary professional required pretty much the next day. He really knows his stuff and got us a really good sale price way over report. Always at the end of a phone and his team were always in contact. What makes it even better was the one stop shop they have with sister company Mortgage information bureau who got us a really good rate on our new mortgage Already recommended to family Don’t hesitate to use these guys.

Simple the best Estate Agent there is

Choosing an Estate agent is the most important part of selling you house. Most of them tell you what you want to hear. Harbor told my the way the market was and what I could expect. I found Harbor property both professional and friendly. It was Angela's down to earth and welcoming tone that was the deciding factor for me, and the fact they were a smaller business local to the area. The whole team went above and beyond to get my parents house on the market promptly and was also sold within days as well. They handled everything for us as my parents were not able to do viewings and it just took the fuss out of it all and saved me a 200 mile round trip to let people in to see the house. Even after we had accepted an offer we had a member of the team contact us weekly or there abouts to ensure everything was running smoothly. Definitely recommend!

Worry free experience

Selling a property when you live abroad and are 7 hours behind the UK presents some challenges. Jason and Claire dealt with this and secured a very good price for my dad.
