I had to sell a flat left to me by my mum, I wanted a quick sale and Jason found a buyer within a week or so that made an acceptable offer. Buyer had to jump through a few hoops with their lender to get the deal done which held things up a bit but ultimately got there in the end. Would be happy to use Harbour again.

Charlie who dealt with us from the start was great and kept us up to date with any information that needed to be passed on. Obviously they are a bit more expensive than other agents, however you get what you pay for. Thanks again

Sold my house using Harbor and built up a great relationship with Jason. Along the way we had a few issues with multiple people who were purchasing the house but when we were faced with these issues Jason and myself were able to work on a plan of action even though we were on a tight deadline from the house builders of my purchase. In the end we were able to get this over the line and I was able to commit to my new property.

THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.Having read the glowing reviews below I do not recognise any of this.Jason, Charlie and Harbor made so many rookie mistakes and serious errors with the sale of our family property. I am left with the overall impression that they are a bunch of hapless amateurs. Not bad people. But dangerous and damaging to the sale process. I could list dozens of errors and mistakes they made some of the lowlights are, losing the for sale boards for 4 days, then putting them up in the wrong place, over valuing our property resulting in a significant reduction in the price. There are many, many more.When you read this honest review, I can only advise you BEFORE you sign up with this mob take a step back. If you decide go with Harbor then so be it. BUT DONT SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU!

On reflection after selling and buying my new place via harbor I am glad I made the decision to use this company. From the first time I spoke with Jason when enquiring about a property I was impressed with what they had to offer. I hate being sold to, normally I instantly switch off but after a detailed conversation with Jason it felt different from every other estate agent that sounds as if they are being forced to ask you who you are selling your property with, this felt genuine. A genuine Interest in what was important to me and what the team could do to make it easier for me to firstly sell my property and support me getting my next home. Charlie who came to value my home was immense from the first time I met him all the way through to handing my keys over to him. No question went unanswered throughout my time period dealing with Charlie who is simply a credit to Harbor. Nothing felt forced, nothing seemed too difficult and I came away feeling at times this might be to good to be true but genuinely what is traditionally a stressful time felt easy. Top class service from the first call to the final handshake. Thank you

cant thank harbor property enough the whole experience from start to finish they were amazing nothing was too much trouble they were all so friendly it was as if they new us personally and went above and beyond they even helped us to buy our new property even though it wasn't one of their property's i would highly recommend them it is the most stressful experience moving house but we sailed through it because they took the stress away thank you again Jason and the rest of the team

Great experience selling with Harbor Property. A friend had recommended them to me and I would do the same in a heartbeat. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Charlie spoke to me most days making sure I was in the loop and even when the sale went through they kept in touch until everything was completely dealt with. I’m so glad I decided to go with them. The experience was a very pleasant and positive one. From the first meeting with Jason I had made my mind up, I’m so glad his staff are just as friendly and positive.

Decided to sell my rental property in the summer and, not having sold a property for 40 years, needed guidance. Saw Harbor Property was rated well on online survey sites and decided to use them. From the initial contact to the final sale yesterday, I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism shown by all staff. The most important part of the process for me was the level of communication shown, either by frequent calls or emails, to make sure I was involved and informed in every aspect. The first offer fell through but the property was immediately put back on the market and soon got a new offer at a slightly higher value than I expected. Staff also checked with my solicitor and buyers team to ensure the sale was progressing as quickly as solicitors manage. I would certainly recommend Harbor Property and will certainly use them again if I need to sell. Excellent work.
