Google£500 deposit to bid in there auction in person they take straight away after some paper work but depends on which bank your with can take up 3 days for it to get back to your account if you don't buy a car seem rather steep if you ask me

Dear Michael, thank you for your review. Whilst we fully appreciate your frustrations on the length of time to get your deposit refunded unfortunately, this is outside of Wilsons Auctions' control. This is down to your issuing bank's processing system.

TrustpilotBe careful what you spend your money on
I won a few lots in an online auction but many of them were delivered wrongly so I returned them and asked for a refund but after more than a year and many emails and time spent talking to no avail I ran out of items, and with the money taken.

TrustpilotAmateurs playing as Auctioneers
My high value items were returned damaged & full of mould . Absolutely disgusting the way my belongings were returned . Shameful & disrespectful I will be taking action against there lack of duty of care.

GoogleI don't normally take the time to write reviews but the service I received from the Property Department team at Wilsons Auctions has been superb. Very attentive staff, very honest about everything, they even managed my expectations well when I wanted more for my property than the market was going to command. The property was sold within 4 weeks of advertising and I was always kept up to date about enquiries, viewings and interest. A really all round positive experience with Wilsons, I would definitely recommend them. Keep up the good work girls!

Staff at Shotton Point nothing short of rude.

GoogleI had my property on with a local agent for almost a year and a half, I contacted Wilsons Auctions and they arranged to come out an view my property, they gave me valuation on what my property would make at auction and I decided to go with it. The property went to auction within 3 weeks and sold! It made almost £5,000 over what I had expected it to make, I am delighted with the entire service, the team were so helpful and the process was so simple and quick. I would definitely recommend Wilsons Auctions if you have a property to sell.

GoogleI came to Wilson’s to collect some things out of a vehicle they were holding, and every person I met there went above and beyond to help me. I don’t know that I’ve met a group of employees so accommodating and encouraging before. They made what would have been a negative, sad experience for me, uplifting. Thank you guys so much!

GoogleAbsolutely no professionals work here, I've just been screwed over by these idiots! £4000 worth of items went in and they sold the lot for £400 then told me it's my fault. Had problems right from the start, hired a van to take the stuff down on their advice and got there to be told "no room go away" I'm positive they are cherry picking the items and selling them to themselves for ridiculous prices. Absolute charlatans!

GoogleA real mix of items but some genuine, quality bargains to be had if you're prepared to look. Great bunch of staff - especially on the Police Auctions - very professional, helpful and well informed.

GoogleI have auctioned and bought a few things now. Raymond who I have mainly dealt with has been brilliant. He has taking time to help me as well as explain things. He made it really easy for. Such a genuine guy. Would highly recommend this company. Person on reception also took time to explain things. Just an overall really good experience.

TrustpilotPoor customer service, no resolution of issues
I took part in an online auction of model trains and accessories. I won three items - 1 model train and 2 accessories.

GoogleComplete rip off . Bought few items from the plant auction , majority of there items are faulty or broken and they don't list enough details or discription of items sold, stock isn't worth the money you pay for and top of that premium is too high, plus they mislead you while auctioning products making you think it's worth more but in reality it isn't .

GoogleI provided the team with a justifiable complaint and asked them to investigate. I had a swiftian response. No help. They'll probably reply to this sharing public sensitive information and cite gdpr!

GoogleVery helpful and friendly staff a good place to bid for cars and other items in the auction against other bidders and see if you can get a bargain but be aware as you purchase everything on as seen and no return basis!
