GoogleMichael Chapman during our tenancy lied, changed details and made the whole experience terrible. After moving out he swindled out of the deposit as much as he could, claiming maintenance is my responsibility to pay for. To be rid of him accepted the charges as I could no longer deal with the lies and strongarm tactics he used

This is a blatant lie and the property was left in a disgusting state and the costs where claimed on behalf of the landlord. We are very happy to post pictures on here as to how you left the property and the work that needed to be done to put it right.
