Debbie, Wendy and the team at Bluebell Estates have done such an amazing job with the sale of our property. From first contact with John to handing over the keys we’ve had absolutely no faults. The whole team have always been avaliable to help and we’ve never been left waiting long for a call back or WhatsApp response. Debbie went above and beyond with progressing our sale through, speaking with solicitors on all sides and the purchasing sales estate agent. She found out so much information so quickly. We barely chased anything up as knew Debbie would find an answer for us. She’s also dealt with our mood swings and stressed attitude extremely well! (Sorry again!). House buying can be very stressful but they’ve managed our expectations and stayed communicative and transparent throughout. Would absolutely recommend Bluebell Estates to anyone if you’re looking to sell your home and want a stress-free experience with a fab team, we cannot recommend them enough. We had an offer after 3 weeks being on the market. Wendy and Debbie at Bluebells were great with communication, Wendy’s photography skills were very good for the advertisement! If they weren’t available they got back to you as soon as they could. We had a couple of things crop up as you do with moving but they help out where they could and communicated well with our solicitor to get thing moving as quickly as possible. If I could give higher than a 5 I would. Bluebells have been consistently friendly and helpful since the first enquiry I made. They have often had to answer my long list of questions and even if they were not sure they would always come back to me after looking into it. I had some uncomfortable and pressured experiences with other estate agents and my experience with Bluebells was the complete opposite. They are patient, warm and I felt they genuinely wanted what was right for me rather than pushing for a sale. You can tell this is a well built establishment from its foundations. Whilst everyone we spoke with was warm and supportive, I have to especially thank Debbie K for her hard work and support throughout the entire process. She truly was only ever a phone call or email away and I genuinely felt that she was so pleased for us in our journey. The reassurance she often gave us was priceless. Also, Alison was the exact person you would want to do viewings with. She understood what we were after and didn’t waste our time. The whole team were fantastic. Thank you all. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I can’t give this agency 5 stars. At first, everything went smoothly, but later we felt there was a bit too much pressure on us as buyers, and even on our solicitors, which I found unnecessary. Some parts of the process simply take time, and estate agents should understand that. Because of this, the experience became more stressful than we had hoped, whereas buying a home should be an enjoyable experience for the buyer. That said, I do appreciate their quick responses to emails and the pleasant viewing experience, which is why I’m still giving a stars for their effort in those areas.

We rented our first property with Bluebell Estates for two and a half years before buying our first home. Our rental was a lovely property. In working hours both Karina and Molly were always either an email or phone call away. They were always flexible with any services being booked in and repairs were always completed within a few days of reporting. The new(ish!) weekend system is definitely a vast improvement for any out of hour issues also. At the end of our tenancy Karina and Debbie gave us a check/contact list to bear in mind (which was very helpful) for the inventory review and were fair with our feedback. The deposit was partially returned by the holding company within a matter of days following this. I’d like to add that the whole team remained professional but personable and that’s a rare find with estate management! I’d definitely look to sell with them in the future when/if we upsize.

Bluebell Estates were fantastic throughout our moving process. Unfortunately, our original buyers pulled out but Bluebell were able to re-sell our property within the 14 days that we required. Wendy and Bobbi did a great job at selling our property and were always helpful and professional when dealing with issues along the line. Debbi really helped to get our house sale over the line, especially in the final few weeks when the pressure was on. She always kept my partner and I both in the loop and replied to us promptly if we had any questions.
