FacebookI chose Bluebell Estates because they are a local estates agents, with good local knowledge and sales experience, plus I found them to be professional, friendly and helpful from the outset. Nothings was too much trouble. They secured a sale very quickly and with very little input from me as the property was empty. I would highly recommend Bluebell Estates to anyone looking to sell or buy a property in the local area, they have an excellent team.

Having moved a couple of times before, we can honestly say we have never had such a great experience with an estate agent. From start to finish, the entire team was a pleasure to deal with, everyone we encountered was incredibly lovely while maintaining total professionalism. What really stood out was their efficiency; they provided quick turnarounds and kept us updated with clear communication every step of the way. GoogleVery good service from start to finish. Enthusiastic and very modern methods with drone picture and a photographic 360 degrees tour around the house. We sold the house the next day for very near the asking price. When solicitors etc were slow with sorting completion, the Estate agents were very good at chivvying along the various parties. Would thoroughly recommend.

I would highly reccomend their services and would use them again myself. -additional note in 2026 I used them again for a move and again provided an amazing service! 100% reccomend.

Karina in particular has always gone above and beyond with her professionalism, understanding and friendly nature that it made renting an enjoyable and stress-free experience. FacebookWe recently sold our home in Aylesford with Bluebell Estates... They were brilliant every step of the way... Being based in Aylesford they know exactly what the area is all about... Even though the market itself wasn't great at the time we still had multiple viewings in no time at all & sold within 10 days... Communication all along the sale was very good... Special thanks to Wendy & Debbie who were amazing from start to finish!!

GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Blue Bell Estates. Overall, the process was fairly smooth, but unfortunately, we experienced some issues with two of the agents. They made certain promises during the transaction which were later denied or forgotten when we sought clarification. Admittedly, we did not have these assurances in writing, which in hindsight was a mistake on our part, but such behaviour is disappointing and unprofessional. In summary, Blue Bell Estates are generally decent agents to work with, but I would strongly advise future clients to ensure that all commitments and agreements are confirmed in writing.

GoogleWe have recently sold our family home of 39 years through Bluebell Estates and can honestly say that everyone we dealt with from Bobbi and Wendy at the outset to get our property valued, marketed and sold stc, right through to Debbie and Kellie who dealt with and supported us throughout the sale process until the day we moved, acted with the utmost professionalism and kindness towards us. Their expert knowledge and reputation in the area our sold property is in meant we were only on the market for 2 days before it was put under offer and sold stc. I have no hesitation in recommending Bluebell Estates to anybody requiring the services of an outstanding Estate Agents
