GoogleThe team at Bluebell were very efficient and very patient in what turned out to be a rather painful and protracted sale. They kept a cool head when I was losing mine, and steered the process towards a successful conclusion. I've used them before and would definitely use them again.

GoogleBluebell Hill Estates have been amazing throughout our move. They accommodated multiple visits, have been extremely helpful throughout the negotiations / buying process. They always answer the phone/ answer emails quickly. They recommended a solicitors as our one they had previous bad experience with, although we were sceptical we went for it and it turned out to be the best decision. Offer accepted in early Jan, sale complete mid March. Couldn’t recommend this estate agents more!

Wendy was very friendly, professional and experienced. She came across as genuine and answered questions honestly, even telling me of the percentage rate Bluebell Estate charged without having to be asked. My gut feel was to go with them, but having made appointments with two other estate agents, I thought I’d better keep them. By contrast, one of their competitors, arrived with a briefcase full of glossy marketing brochures, and proceeded to “blind me with science” boasting about how they were better than anyone else, etc. However, when I asked the question about rates, it was avoided, and then some waffle about how it was on a scale, and could be negotiated. I had to insist on an answer. Then he walked round all the rooms trying to impress me with his laser measuring toy, and all the while I’m thinking, hang on a minute, I haven’t agreed for you to sell my house yet! That made my mind up, I cancelled the appointment with the other agent, and phoned Wendy immediately. My instincts were proved right. Our house sold within a week of coming out of lockdown, and we were kept informed at every stage. We first used Bluebell Estates many years ago, when we rented a local property from John, whom we liked, again for his professionalism and attitude. John has a great team working for him, and we would highly recommend them. It’s also nice to support a small local business, who are doing things right, and therefore surviving amongst the bigger competitors.

FacebookWhat a fantastic team! From start to finish they were amazing, always happy to help and regularly kept us up to date as to how things were proceeding. Both ourselves and the vendors had multiple issues with our solicitors throughout the process but Debbie was always on hand to take our corner and give them the necessary nudge to move things forward. Unfortunately, our original buyers pulled out but Bluebell were able to re-sell our property within the 14 days that we required. Wendy and Bobbi did a great job at selling our property and were always helpful and professional when dealing with issues along the line. Debbi really helped to get our house sale over the line, especially in the final few weeks when the pressure was on. She always kept my partner and I both in the loop and replied to us promptly if we had any questions. It was so refreshing to speak to someone that we felt understood our position and was willing to do everything and anything to help. We cannot thank Bluebell Estates enough for selling our property and helping us purchase our dream renovation project. We will not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family! Thank you!

From the initial call I made to view the property until we picked up the keys, everyone I spoke too was so helpful. Debbie especially was so helpful and friendly. We had a lot of issues in our chain and I think the whole thing nearly fell through a few times, but Debbie took the time to answer all my questions and find out additional information as soon as she could. Her updates were always clear and informative, which saved my sanity as the bigger company we sold through were not as helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
