GoogleMy property had been on the market with another agent for several months. I had 1 viewing in October after 4 months. Then nothing. So in March I decided to try Williams after they were recommended to me. Met Aimee at property and within 2 weeks had a buyer. Tom dealt with the sale. Always answered phone calls etc. Have just completed and very pleased and relieved.

GoogleWent through Williams to get my first flat. They where all very helpful, kind and guiding. Tim especially helped me a lot with the final push as he understood I was extremely keen on the flat and he knew I didn't want to lose it. He was especially helpful with my nervous and anxiety when it came to putting the offer in as he understood how nervous I was with buying my first flat and helped guide me through it. I would definitely recommended them to any one looking to buy, sell or rent, Because of them I was able to have my first Christmas in my New flat.

GoogleAn absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Helped us overcome various issues with our property purchase. In particular Williams played a vital role in getting our purchase over the line when solicitors were dragging their feet. Really helpful and pro-active staff. And importantly their communication was always swift and clear. A big shout-out to Harry, Ceinwen and Darryl in particular. Would 100% recommend.

GoogleI made a call to arrange viewing for a potential property to rent. The agent wants to meet up with the applicants in person arranging the viewing. Fair enough but they refused because the agency wanted to bring my partner over form Ireland and see both of us in person to arrange a viewing. Why this bureaucracy? Seems they have lot of time to waste. . Please consider reviewing your policy and treat each cases by its own merit.

GoogleJust wanted to thank Williams properties and Pauline in particular for all the hard work she has put in regarding my mothers rental property in Aylesbury. Suffice it to say Pauline recouped all rental monies owed to my mother under very trying circumstances for which we are very grateful.

GooglePainful,Awful , Hope to never deal with again. The house we purchased was unfortunately on the market with William's Property's and up to the point of putting in the offer they were fantastic but straight after offer accepted i had to chase every day, requested water was on but when i went 1 hour trip it was not on , had to come back again , constantly chased listing many points but would come back with an answer to just one. Personally think they knew about many issues with the house but just took a blind eye to it. I even on completion did not have all my keys !! they had to get them shipped from the owner. why not have them before hand (the house was on the market for ages) if/when we sell wont list with these guys .. maybe ok if your selling but buying i felt like i had to chase daily. and never got any answers and yes i know they work for their client but when im parting with close to 500k i expect some kind of professionalism !!!

The initial contact was good, we met Rhianne at the property that we wanted to let out, she came prepared to photograph, agree rate, she provided us with good literature about the procedure, contract etc. From the beginning of the process we had two very helpful people to deal with us and who phoned us regularly. We were updated and consulted on perspective viewings. Rhianne found us a great tenant and Pauline dealt with all the contractual obligations, arranged all the necessary paperwork, contract and tying up the loose ends. we would highly recommend Williams

GoogleWow wow and wow, Aimee and Tom popped round to do a valuation for us, I instantly loved these guys and agreed for them to market our home. What came next was numerous calls and confirmation texts/emails advising of viewings. They were very proactive in arranging the times and viewings, within 48 hours we accepted an offer. The service so far has been amazing. I would not hesitate in recommending Williams to family/friends and anyone who will listen to our experience.We look forward to dealing with Tom as we continue with our sale. Thank you!!!

GoogleWe have been using Williams as our letting agent for approximately 5 years. We had used another agent before but can honestly say that the difference between the two has been immeasurable. The service we now receive from Williams is with complete openness, honesty, reliability, efficiency and integrity. If you are a landlord, or a tenant, who has less than honest intentions then do not go here, because Pauline Williams will see through you straight away. She constantly has the best intentions of ensuring both her landlords and tenants are treated with respect and courtesy and works completely within the law at all times. We cannot praise this company highly enough and would recommend them and the services they offer to everyone.

GoogleFirstly, THANK YOU!! We were utterly impressed with the service we received with Williams when selling our property. The passion Aimee had when she took our property on the market was something we did not see from any other agency. Aimee and the whole team are a credit to Williams!! When you drive around town, they have more boards up then any other agency, with most being "Sold" They sold my house and will be definitely be using them in the future. Keep up the good work guys :-)

GoogleI have recently sold one of my properties through Williams Properties. The staff are the most welcoming and helpful people I have met in the industry. Tom Hinds in particular has gone above and beyond what I expect from an estate agent, in order to make sure that the process runs smoothly, and that all parties are kept well informed of progress. I would not hesitate to use their services again. From my own experience, I have found Willaims' staff to be driven, but not pushy. It's a shame that not all estate agencies are run this way.

GoogleAbsolutely atrocious service. I have been trying, repeatedly to get hold of the lettings department over phone and email since Tuesday to discuss viewing one of the flats advertised with you. I finally received a phonecall back today at 1630, for the lady on the other end of the phone to not have looked at any of the details I have sent through multiple times, then hang up on me when I was frustrated at my previous contact having been completely ignored. Shame she seems to not want any tenants.

GoogleWe had a really positive experience using Williams, Aimee provided a comprehensive valuation of our home showing excellent knowledge of the local property market. Once we went ahead and put the property on the market we were lucky enough to have a full price offer within 48 hours from the first person that Olly showed round. They were very helpful throughout the sales process providing great communication between everyone involved. We would definitely recommend them!

GoogleTom Hinds at Williams did a fantastic job of marketing and selling our late mother's house in Fairford Leys. He was so professional, knowledgeable and always kept us informed at each step of the process. We got the full asking price and were very happy with Williams. The quality of the marketing (photos, brochures, website) was superb. I'd definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone selling property in the Aylesbury area.
