A great team of people working at Michael Anthony in Aylesbury. Lewis has been our Agent throughout the whole process and honestly has been so accommodating and really responsive (even on his day off previously!) We bonded on our love of dogs when ours insisted following him round whilst doing the photos! I can't fault the service we've received - I'll actually miss chatting to Lewis every couple of days 😂 Thanks Lewis and Team! We have and will continue to recommend you!

I can't say enough good things about…

I can't say enough good things about Micheal Anthony Estate Agents (Aylesbury Branch) whilst we were purchasing and selling our home this year. We started the process in March when I called up and spoke to Lewis Parker about putting our house on the market. We listed this in spring on a Thursday, and by Sunday we had about 15 viewings and near enough 10 offers. Lewis and his colleagues dealt with all of this and advised us of the best offer to take, and as a result, we went with a first-time buyer. Fast forward a few months and we found our property, only for the vendor to take it off the market the day after our mortgage offer was confirmed.....a day later, Michael Anthony called us with a new house coming on to the market in the area we wanted, we viewed it, made an offer and it was accepted. A few months down the line and after a lot of waiting, we had to unfortunately, break the chain otherwise we would lose our buyer. Whilst making the decision as to what to do, Lewis went above and beyond putting us in touch with Air BnB owners he knew in order to help us find accommodation whilst waiting for our purchase to go through. He has been at the end of the phone every time I've needed to speak to him, worked out of hours replying to my endless questions, and has quite honestly made the whole process really stress-free. Whilst waiting for our purchase to go through we were handed over to Kristina in Sales Progression who has been equally as brilliant. They were both in touch regularly to update us on the status and things we were waiting on - we were always kept in the loop. You hear bad things about estate agents, and there's so much competition as to who to go to, but without a shadow of a doubt, I can say Michael Anthony have gone above and beyond for us throughout the last 9 months and made the whole process as smooth as possible for us. Whilst we are certainly in no hurry to move any time again soon - when it comes to it, I know I won't look any further than these guys.

If I could give 0 stars

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I'm from the UK and have lived there for 40 years. I left the country to live abroad for a few months, and upon returning, I was turned away by this estate agent just because I don't currently have a UK address (of course, I don't have a UK address at the moment, as I moved abroad for a few months!). I'm planning to move back so obviously I'll need to rent somewhere. The woman turned me away according to their policy, which seems completely discriminatory, and she even said that other estate agents should be doing this. Thank goodness no other estate agents do this, otherwise anyone moving into the UK (regardless of nationality) would be turned away! It is very unprofessional. Please don't use them, they are indirectly discriminating.

Appalling customer service

Michael Anthony Tring are the worst agents I've experienced in my 20+ years of private renting. They failed to turn up at the property for the ingoing inventory and key handover and, when contacted, had carried out the ingoing inventory earlier in the week without notifying me of the change. They would also not release the keys to me until the following date, despite all their communications (written and verbal) confirming the date I attended as being the date for key handover. This was an incredibly traumatic experience which caused significant inconvenience and stress, and Michael Anthony Tring made no attempt to resolve the situation in a mutually satisfactory manner. The branch manager was unapologetic and very matter of fact when I contacted them. Dreadful customer service and an experience I hope never to repeat
