I had an excellent experience with Michael Anthony. Their staff was extremely friendly, supportive, and professional throughout the entire process. Every team member was kind and approachable, and their kindness truly stood out across the whole team. They did an amazing job and made everything smooth and stress-free. I would especially like to mention Lily from the sales team, who kindly offered me a lift when the weather was very bad and I had no car. Her thoughtfulness and generosity really impressed me and shows how much the team genuinely cares about their clients. Michael Anthony is highly recommended for their professionalism and outstanding customer service.

Over 30 years ago, Mum and Dad trusted them when they bought their home, and all these years later, there was no one else we wanted to work with when it came time to sell it. We initially attempted to buy a home through them, which ultimately fell through due to the seller but Micheal Anthony were amazing at communicating and trying to obtain updates for us. Michael Anthony have recently started managing a rental property on our behalf. We have for the main part, been dealing with Kate and Nick. Able to suggest local services for conveyancing etc. and kept me informed and up to date throughout. ~12 weeks between first walking into their offices to kick-off the process, and now moving in to my first home. Highly recommend the MA team. Due to their excellent reputation, I didn't bother with other agents and just instructed them. I was impressed with their realistic valuation and the fact that they didn't exaggerate the price of my property just to get instructed, which sadly some agents are guilty of! Kristina and Karen are a real asset to the team with their proactive approach in making things happen. In my experience, local EA's will always work harder for their clients and MA are an excellent example of this.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the handling of a viewing appointment for the one-bedroom property on Coppice Way, HP20 1XG. The experience I had with your agency was extremely disappointing and highly unprofessional. Initially, a viewing appointment was arranged, only for it to be cancelled by your office. Shortly afterwards, I was informed that the property was back on the market and was asked whether I would still like to attend a viewing. Despite the previous cancellation, I agreed and rearranged my schedule accordingly. I was then informed that the viewing time had been changed from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. Before travelling, I specifically advised your staff that I would need to cancel another appointment in order to attend this viewing. I was nevertheless encouraged to proceed and assured that the viewing would take place. Upon arrival, slightly ahead of the scheduled time, I was informed that another applicant was viewing the property before us and that we should wait. Although that applicant was running late, we remained in our car as instructed, expecting to be called when it was our turn. Instead, after waiting, we received a call informing us that the property had been let to the previous applicant and that there was no point in us viewing it anymore. I find this treatment extremely disrespectful and discourteous. Not only was our time wasted, but we had also rearranged our commitments and travelled specifically for this appointment based on the information and assurances provided by your agency. What is particularly disappointing is that at no stage did anyone consider informing us sooner that an offer was being progressed or that the property might be taken before our viewing. Allowing prospective tenants to travel, wait outside the property, and then cancelling the viewing because the property has already been let demonstrates a significant lack of professionalism and consideration for your clients. This has been, without question, the worst experience I have had with a letting agency.
