I will start by saying that 6 years ago, I didn't have the best experience with Connells when buying my flat through them. However, I have completely changed my opinion on them since then. I had my flat up for sale with a different agent for four months with a few viewings, but no offers. Chase from Connells had proactively contacted me, researched sales in the area and explained to me the way that they work, and how he would push for mine to sell. I was eventually able to get out of contact with the other agent, and within a couple of weeks on the market with Connells, Charlie and the team had found me a buyer, and even better - it was a cash buyer. If you are looking to sell a flat in Aylesbury, I highly recommend using Connells. They know the market, and they will work hard to help you sell. The sale of the flat completed at the end of last year, and I bought a property via a different agent. I'm delighted at how smoothly everything went, and I'm grateful in particular to Chase for being proactive, polite and very approachable. He's a real credit to Connells.PositiveProfessionalism

Recently taken on a property to let with connells, we’ve had some snagging issues within the house however they have failed to have this seen to for months. Constantly told we’ll have a call back but have still never got a call back or the issues in our home fixed which consequently has now resulted in our toddler injuring themselves.

Connells Aylesbury undertook the full management of my Mum's rental property for many years. Over the years they sourced and helped her maintain good communication and service to tenants, and we're always there to sort any problems that arose. When Mum passed away in 2022, they were the obvious choice of estate agent to sell the property. I was wary meeting with Connells Estate Agents in Aylesbury, as hadn't heard particularly positive reviews of the company, when trying to sell my property. However I was pleasantly surprised - The agent I initially met with was polite, open and very willing to answer all the queries that had arisen from my prior research. He was the only agent from the six companies I met with to come prepared to measure each room in the house and take pertinent information to make the rest of the initial process quicker. There was no hard sales or pressure pitch made and he was open to discussing flexibility over fees, due to contributions to the sales package that I could make. I'd had a previous bad experience with another local estate agent I took on prior to Connells; but decided to go with them next, in part due to the positive initial valuation meeting and in part to their larger sales coverage of London and the local areas. Daniel, the main agent that then took over the sale of the property, the previous agent was leaving the company and made me aware of this in our initial meeting/valuation, was fantastic to work with. He was in continuous contact to update me at each stage of the process, he worked hard in tandem with my solicitor to ensure continued discussions with the buyer and myself, to keep us all on the same page. The buyer wanted the sale to happen particularly quickly and this was possible because of the hard work of my solicitor and also Connells agent. I found that any requests I made were taken on board and acted upon in a timely manner and any feedback I gave was taken seriously. All in all they worked with me and supported my decisions, offering advice where needed, the house was on the market with them for a reasonable amount of time before an offer was accepted and they enabled a swift sale when this happened.

Having purchased a property from a seller / solicitor combination who seemed to be utterly disinterested in actually completing the sale, I can't possibly recommend this agent enough. Okan absolutely moved a mountain to ensure the sale completed a mere hour before I would have no choice but to back out of the purchase. Without his dedication I am convinced I would still be renting today.

Avoid to use them buying or selling, Absolutely disgusted with contact and poor communication, appalling fictitious viewers, I called the branch several times, I left my details with letting advisor (luck of no sells team advisor available) and kindly request to call back, made an enquiry regarding to property by the-time they get back to me( no contacted at all) I found out property been sold by different estate agent. Disappointed very bad experience and disgraceful. I will follow up and escalate the issue with their internal complaint procedures.
