Dylan went over and above to secure the right tenant for us. He was professional, friendly and communicated effectively throughout the whole process. We had previously used another Estate Agent in Aylesbury which resulted in three years of terrible tenants who consecutively wrecked the apartment. Dylan was very sensitive to the trauma we had experienced and dealt with the hostile outgoing tenants extremely well. We will definitely use Connells again.

Connells by name Con Men by nature. Anyone choosing Connells to sell a property or buying a property through Connells, please be aware!! These Estate Agents will be nice to you while negotiations are happening, but once a property is sold, they are not interested. They are extremely mercenary!! It was my misfortune to buy a property through them. They misled me, lied continuously and they were simply rude and nasty!! They pretended to be nice before I bought the property, once the sale was confirmed, they simply were not interested in any issues with the property. They lied about the number of keys to my property and I strongly suspect they are still holding one of my keys. Also please be very careful if you are of an ethnic background, because one of their staff, Chase Caswell, I believe is a racist!! I am Asian man and the way he dealt with me was absolutely disgraceful. I know prejudice when I am confronted with it. Avoid this Estate Agent if you want to be treated fairly and with respect!!

A well deserved five star for Chase Caswell from the Aylesbury team, who went above and beyond our expectations with helping us selling our property. As he walked through the door we knew he is the right guy: friendly, professional, observant and knowledgeable. The first and also last viewing resulted in an offer, which we accepted. I am pretty sure we were the few people lucky enough to have an offer after just one viewing, but I know this is because Chase.
