GoogleReally unhappy with the experience had with this agency. Sent emails about every issue we had living at the property and upon asking for the deposit back miraculously none of the issues had been logged. Luckily I had emails to back up 90% of it but still lost some of our deposit. Feel scammed. Very unprofessionally dealt with. Will not be renting with them again.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI would rather give them a 0 star if only that was possible. My best advice for anyone who wants to get a mortgage. Go to a proper mortgage broker and they will give you the best advice. Not going straight to the Estate Agent and use whatever they recommend. We paid them already around £1000+ but not heard from Pritesh or Pritish since September 2021. We are unable to retrieve the money back as it is non-refundable. We've been requesting for a call back or even a message but no answer from him. We managed to get a wonderful house now with an amazing independent mortgage broker. Not what the estate agent recommendations. Be careful and protect your hard earned money.

Chase Caswell spent a lot of time with us explaining the process, how Connells work with us, and made sure he was completely on the same page as us about our house, our selling strategy, and the market. We were kept regularly updated on progress and market movements, and every interaction was a professional, friendly conversation about next steps and how they can continue to support us. We were also able to rely on Samantha Nleya and Chase for advice when it came to buying a property in another area, too. Highly recommend Connells Aylesbury.
