Patrycja Eichstadt in particular was fantastic - she helped from the day after enquiring, and was able to help me look for the ideal property straight away. She was in contact daily with updates, and kept me constantly informed of what was needed and helped chase with any outstanding issues constantly, working around my working schedule. I couldn't speak more Highly of Patrycja - she was a wonder to deal with and helped me out tremendously. GoogleDisrespectful and cold people who don't have a clue how to attract customers. I understand that you could not care less about the buyers because you get paid by the sellers, however every buyer today is a seller in the future. I would never trust Chancellors to sell a property.

GoogleSharon@ chancellors is the most unprofessional person I have ever met, deal with her if you want sarky stupid time wasting emails, to have your name mis-spelt a million times on correspondence and if you want your business discussed with potential vendors/ buyers. Everyone else there is lovely.

GoogleThe team are very responsive and proactive in their efforts to help in the buying and selling process. Me and my sister couldn't praise Sian Sagoo enough and colleagues for their constant professional support. Whenever I emailed or rang I always received a response the same day and usually within an hour. They followed up on everything I have needed and negotiated with potential buyers effectively. The regular marketing updates from Sian Sagoo are very beneficial as it showed me how hard she works at doing exactly what the customer wants and proves that Chancellors provide an efficient and professional service. I have and will definitely be highly rating Chancellors Estate Agent. Aylesbury branch to all my friends and colleagues.

GoogleReally impressed with Chancellors in Aylesbury, from the point of the initial valuation conducted by Sian the branch manager, through to our completion date. The valuation given was extensive and the research Sian presented to demonstrate why she had given our property this price was very thorough. We had viewings booked in before our property was even uploaded to the internet and the whole team was friendly and proffessional. In a matter of days, they achieved a full asking price offer from a qualified and proceedable buyer. After the sale was agreed we dealt with Chancellors sales progression team who was very well informed, kept us up to date and offered advice on how we could speed the process up. I have worked within the property industry myself and based on my standards from my experience, they were fantastic, highly reccomend
