These have been the worst ever. I will leave it at that. After close to 7 years of using their services I have been left with a bad taste in my mouth. Once you are not a paying customer, they do not care or support or review. They do only what benefits the Landlord at the time. I will not recommend them to no one. Almost 7years has really thought be well.

Cant fault A&Co - great service from start to finish! Sharon visited to value my property and was professional from the off. Sharon had lined up a number of buyers and my house sold very quickly. Fortunately the house i wanted to buy was also with A&Co so only had to deal with them! Hannah dealt with a lot of the day to day queries and was always professional and thorough. Angela took over once sales were going through and dealt with some tricky situations i had thrown at me due to personal circumstances. She was very understanding and made me feel reassured that the situation was surmountable. We have rented through Alexander’s for nearly 5 years now, firstly with Hayley, who was a star! We then moved to a larger property, still through Alexander’s & Derek became our agent. Over the last two years, whenever problems occurred, Derek resolved in a efficient, timely, manner. However, the last 4 months Derek has really excelled! Our move was postponed due to Covid. You can imagine the Stress this caused. Derek took the stress right out of the situation, liaising with our landlord to extend our stay. Derek always reply’s the same day to emails and bends over backwards to support his clients. The whole team at Alexander’s, from the initial viewing, to leaving a property, are helpful and efficient - I can’t recommend this agency enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Lara Wadey helped me get my place and I mean really helped me! She went away for a while and someone was suppose to keep me informed on what was going on but that wasn't the case.. I had to chase up what was going on and when I did I got passed around and was also told I would get a call back but didn't so again didn't know what was going on. I think most of the staff just sit around doing nothing apart from Lara. She gets things moving and things done!! The 5 stars I've given is for Lara and what she's done for me to get my place. Thank you

Terrible company. Having worked and rented through them, I certainly would not want anything to do with them again. I was bullied by a manager so decided to leave, I sent a very long email to the owner, copying my ex manager's manager in. They didn't even have courtesy to reply! Or look into it, bearing in mind I had been loyal for 4 years, she had only been working there a matter of months. They are all about the targets, they do not care who they let their landlord's property to, they just want to let to first applicants that come along and make their target for the month. They dump on very good loyal staff who go above and beyond and just throw them out the door in the end. They are shocking towards their employees. You may think I am just a disgruntled ex employee but it was my decision to leave because of the bullying and it is the best thing I have ever done. Do not go near them!

Alexander and Co have recently handled the sale of my shared ownership property and it has been a very smooth transaction. The property was photographed and listed online for sale within a few days of me first contacting them and they arranged a couple of viewings a week until a buyer was found. This was a welcome contrast to my housing association who only managed to get one person to view the property in the 2.5 months they had to market the property for sale. They also put a lot of work in to helping my buyer with the shared ownership documentation which is particularly long winded and have been very responsive to calls and emails. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to others and would use them again in the future if the opportunity arose.

Everyone at Alexander and Co has been fantastic throughout the sale of our flat, we were originally with another agent, but due to lack of communication and interest we decided to switch.
