We have been tenants for almost 4 years with Alexander & Co our first year & half our experience with our Property Manager wasn’t great. But since Ann-Marie has taken over as our Property Manager she has been amazing and so helpful, I would recommend all tenants to have Ann-Marie as their PM. Even though we have never met face to face, I know I can always approach her with anything and I always get a response in the next hour. Her customer service is excellent. We appreciate her help and Alexander & Co you have a an amazing employee there!

Ann-Marie is an excellent property manager. She is very friendly, patient and helpful, especially as we are first-time landlords. Nothing is too much trouble and we are pleased we went with Alexander & Co.

Alexander & Co contacted me after I posted on social media about another local agent failing to arrive for an appointment to assess my property for letting. I found them to be helpful and friendly and especially tolerant of my lack of understanding about the market as I was a first time Landlord. Soon after my property went on the market, along came Covid-19 and I thought that this may cause a lengthy delay, however the staff coped with the restrictions and adjustments caused by the pandemic extremely well and without fuss. I have been and continue to be satisfied with their service and will be leaving my property in their capable hands for the foreseeable future.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

Got an opportunity to take help for finding property from Lara Wadey. She is excellent in all ways to help you find the right property and suitable to your need. She went beyond my expectations from start of communication till the time I was finalising property. Even for viewing she stayed long as I was driving from long distance. She communicated well in advance and cater for all my requirements till end. Wish you all the best Lara.

Hi Guys, Just like to say , that i have been so impressed with my property manager Amber Blower, with regards her professionalism, expertise and above all going that one step further. I live abroad and its great to see that my house is in safe hands and i have had a few problems recently with the house, however Amber has resolved all the issues without any drama or upset for both my tenant and me the landlord. BIG THANK YOU AMBER. Well Done, !! Dean Jones. Landlord.

I have been letting my property with Alexander & Co since 2015 and have always found them to be professional. I dislike pushy agents, and was very careful when selecting who to use, as sadly not all letting agents are the same. Sadly I have come across what I can only describe as some "dubious" agents and given them a wide berth. So far with Alexancer & Co I have not been disappointed. I have always found them to be fair, flexible, knowledgeable and helpful to both me as a Landlord, but also to my tenants. During Lockdown (2020 - 21) they were proactive in setting up regular email communications and a Facebook page full of advice and guidance, which I found very helpful. I have four other properties in other areas, and never heard a dickie bird from my other two agents during Lockdown. Alexancer & Co are knowledgeable and to date have never let me down. I have recently been introduced to the new Head of Property Management (Philip George) and have been very pleased with the way he is handling my account. I would definitely recommend their services to other landlords and tenants in the Aylesbury area.

I have been both a landlord and a tenant with A&Co for 2 years now, and have nothing but good things to say about them. The Property Services Team in Aylesbury has done a fantastic job keeping my landlord life stress free, and I have felt very well looked after during a recent change of tenancy. Karen & Andy found new tenants in less than a week, and Philip has kept me well informed, and patiently handled my numerous requests and queries (sometimes remembering issues I myself had forgotten about!). I have felt very well looked after. Overall a modern, professional, and well run agency with staff who really care about their landlords and their tenants. 5 stars, would thoroughly recommend.

Since moving into a house, as a tenant, with Alexander and CO, in January this year I have been so pleased with the service. Ann-Marie, who works with my property, has been incredibly helpful and very prompt at replying to emails with any concerns or points I would like to discuss. Can only say good things about Ann-Marie and how fantastic she has been, especially recently when I have been in touch with her a lot and she has always replied on the same day being very helpful every time.

Lara was amazing in helping me get my little house. I was struggling to find a pet friendly property and she negotiated with the landlord which I was very grateful for. She knows her stuff and nothing is too much trouble.
