GoogleProperties are over priced in my own view but I reckon it has reached the peak and the likelihood of crashing is looming. Many can't even afford the basic food let alone pay bills. Hence housing will flood the market with no one to buy at higher rate soon. Considering the inflation rate in the economy, crisis in Ukraine and also in developing countries.

Hey there, cheers for taking time to review our small independent local company but I think you have given us a 1 star review instead of the UK Government. We understand that property prices are at an unprecedented level and, being a small group of local people we are also feeling the impact of increasing bills. We do not dictate the cost of property in the UK , the buying public do. We offer a service of marketing our clients properties to the fullest potential to get their properties seen by the most amount of people. Whilst we are somewhat taken aback as to why you would give us such a poor rating, we hope you are well and able to cope in these difficult times.

GoogleThey don’t get back to you if they say they will over the phone. They also don’t respond to queries sent via Rightmove. I wouldn’t be happy if I was selling property through them! I still have query from 5th of April regarding property in Atherton that they’ve never responded to.
