It was the manner in which the whole process was contacted right from the beginning, Karen and her team were relentless and they showed professional determination in making sure that there were no unnecessary delays, within a week of application processing the property was ready for us to move into it, she also went out of her way to help us with some start up furnitures she sourced from another tenant who was moving back to her country and for that we will forever be grateful to Karen.

I would just like to share a 5 Star review for Linda Redmond from the Atherstone Branch. I cannot fault her fantastic enthusiasm & knowledge on the property I have viewed & followed onto purchase. Can't praise enough Howkins & Harrison Lutterworth team, especially Deborah, Ali and Beth. We have been through a rough patch as our initial sale fell through, but the whole team didn't give up and we made sale in the end. Deborah was a star chasing all the chain, kept our sellers in the loop as well; so they waited for a second time around on our sale. It was a delight working with them.
