Howkins and Harrison were absolutely brilliant when selling my property.All members of staff were efficient and ensured our needs were met. Beth was fantastic at arranging viewings and following up these contacts with feedback provided immediately to both owners of the property. It was wonderful being part of the selling process and knowing in depth how well our sale was going. All colleagues, who managed the sale, were patient (which was needed with some issues that arose at the bottom of our chain) as well as professional, friendly and personable. Deborah was absolutely incredible at chasing our chain and going above and beyond her job. We were so happy with how frequently we were updated and she ensured we did everything to have a swift exchange and completion to our property. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service from H&H and would recommend my family and friends to put their faith and trust into this wonderful company.

She takes the hassle out of looking after our property and is always there to help if we need help & advice. On the few occasions over the years that we have had tenants move on then Lisa and her team quickly finds us new and good tenants. We sold our house with Howkins and Harrison in 2025. They were excellent throughout the experience, from photos and listing, through the viewings and all the way to sale. They give us the confidence that they knew their stuff all the way through the process, and were calm and reassuring even through the times when things got a bit bumpy. For example, through no fault of theirs we lost our first buyer, and they very quickly sprang back into action arranging new viewings and were reassuring about getting us back on track.

We were looking to rent an apartment for quite a while since our landlord was selling the property. Tried lots of different agencies, some of them were awful at discussing things, and some would say we do not have enough documents, etc, etc.Then we stumbled upon this apartment that was let by Howkins & Harrison, decided to try and apply. I did tell them everything other agencies told us and they advised us to still apply. We did, and after a few days we paid the holding deposit and then after a few more days we got accepted and yesterday moved in into our new CLEAN apartment.So far I had the best experience with these guys, really saved us :)Shout out to Javed and Evie.
