The only estate agents I’ve ever had a good experience with. We bought our house with them and they were so good and efficient that we decided to sell our house with them too when we decided to sell. Clair went above and beyond to make sure everything was moving smoothly and that we were happy with everything. She always called us back and kept us up to date. Thoroughly recommend!

Before responding here, you first reported my review to Trustpilot and attempted to have it removed. Only after that failed did you come back with this public statement. That tells readers exactly how you handle criticism: silence it first, address it second. You claim my experience of being treated differently is "completely and utterly unfounded", yet you provide no detail of this "thorough review": who conducted it, what was examined, or why the delays I experienced were reasonable. A one-line denial is not an investigation. Blaming the landlord for the delays does not explain why my chasers went unanswered for extended periods, nor why the process dragged on far beyond what your firm quotes. I stand by every word of my review. It reflects my honest, first-hand experience of how I was treated as an applicant, and I would urge anyone reading this exchange to note that your first instinct was to try to delete it.

"Professional, efficient, and reliable service" As a New Landlady I was concerned about all the new T&C's that came out in May of this year" Lisa Swinnerton from the Atherstone office took all the stress away. I am extremely happy with her service, and the team. Less than a week it took for Lisa to find a tenant. Vetted and handling all the necessary paperwork. It's coming up to 2 years off renting a property with Howkins & Harrison, i can honestly say what a great company and it's definitely down to the staff/agent's especially Nikki what a top guy he is very friendly polite and respectful , Nikki has been over to view the property a fair few times he always makes the visit's comfortable and any issue's within the property itself he has always seen to it straight away , couldn't thank you enough Nikki 10/10 from me .

Kate and her team from the Ashby lettings office were tremendous. Our house went on the market to let on Thursday and was let to the first family through the door to view it on the following Tuesday. Kate took the time to qualify all of the enquiries and only allowed those which she considered to be suitable applicants to view the property. Kate's attention to detail, support and guidance throughout the whole process have been absolutely fantastic and massively appreciated.

Being new to the rental market I was a little apprehensive about the procedures involved but Lisa Swinnerton the Atherstone branch manager couldn’t have been more helpful. Lisa was prompt,curtious and friendly at our first meeting to view the property and has subsequently been at the end of a call,text or email to answer any questions I’ve had. The dealings with Howkins & Harrison and in particular Lisa Swinnerton have been excellent and long may it continue. Would thoroughly recommend this letting agent.

There where a series of complications but Ali and the team managed to get the job done with complete professionalism and always a smile on the face.From start to finish, photos, viewings to sale we where always impressed with all of the services, at a competitive price.We where always kept in the loop with frequent updates via calls and emails. Ali, Beth & Carly … wow what can I say! They were all amazing from start to finish on the purchase of our new home they all went above and beyond to make our dream come true! Nothing was ever too much trouble and we truly felt like they were rooting for us. Ali kept me informed of any updates and was liaising with people up and down the chain to help keep everything on track. We were extremely happy with Jamie and his team who helped us get an offer accepted for our new house at the back end of 2024. Jamie was highly attentive and accommodating throughout the buying process, allowing us to view the property 4 times, answer any questions we had, and aid us in pushing the solicitors for answers which ultimately helped us move in before the stamp duty changes came into effect on April 1st 2025.

I’ve rented through Howkins and Harrison for 12 years and can honestly say that I have always been happy as a tenant under their management. Currently our property is under the care of Nikki and Lisa at the Atherstone branch. Appointments are made at a time suitable to Nikki and me, visits are friendly and helpful. Nikki is always cheerful and most importantly respectful that he is visiting your home. A complete contrast to the experience I have had with 2 other letting agents!!Great service as always from Howkins and Harrison. I genuinely would not go through any another letting agent!

I cannot fault her fantastic enthusiasm & knowledge on the property I have viewed & followed onto purchase. Having actual knowledge and passion for the job is so important, I have had many viewings from all different estate agents and Linda provided by far the best experience. Actually caring and taking time to know the property you are selling goes a long way, I could really tell she was passionate and had took time to give me the best information possible. We have been with this agency for 13 absolutely 👍 amezing very much so on borde with us we recently had an issue with our regarding rent increase , as we did a lot of decorating in the property and our landlord decided to increase our rent for a quite amount, Hawkins& Harrison really stood up for us and did fight our corner, they really negotiated our rent excellently , so thank YOU Very Much to Howkins& Harrison Agency , they are always polite allways giving us plenty of notice that they are coming to check the property and always check wether we are happy costumer living in the property.
