GoogleJust rented a property with Bairstow Eves and so far we are so impressed with how we have been treated as tenants. Jonathan has been incredible throughout the process and we do feel that he and the team consistently meet and exceed our expectations. Now that we have moved in to the property they have been really quick to sort out any small repairs that needed doing. Very impressed!

GoogleHuge thanks to David Meredith for sorting out our first mortgage, David was very patient (we had lots of questions!), full of information and advice and was great in communicating with us on a regular basis. It would have been much more stressful, had we not had David's help. When we spoke to the other staff at Bairstow Eves they were always friendly and helpful. GoogleI previously worked for this company as a lettings manager and was shocked to receive a letter stating I owe them over £1,000 after leaving the job over a year ago. This is completely unacceptable and feels ridiculous. I've never encountered a company that expects former employees to pay money after their tenure, especially not after so long. I think they forget how much I know about how they operate as a business, like how they charge tenants when leaving a property for things they didn’t actually do (only getting quotes then demanding money for works that have not been completed), plus a ton of hidden fees for landlords that aren’t even mentioned in the terms of business. What an absolute joke of a company. I would advise potential employees to be cautious and ensure they fully understand any financial obligations before accepting a position here. I would also advise landlords to stay away if they don’t want a company to rob them for their money!!!

GoogleWhilst buying a flat for my Grandmother Amber was very understanding of the situation and handled the progression of the purchase with the attention and detail we needed. In her absence, Shay stepped in and was fully up to speed on the process and what was needed in order for a speedy exchange and completion. GoogleAfter what turned out to be a tricky house purchase, we cannot recommend Chad and Oliver enough! They have gone above and beyond.. chasing solicitors and keeping us updated throughout the whole process! We would highly recommend using them and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. GoogleOver 10weeks since I moved out of my previous apartment managed by Bairstow Eves and my deposit is yet to be refunded. It started with delayed communication, unresponsive to calls and emails. After some weeks, I finally got a checkout report leading to another weeks of unresponsiveness to emails. We went back and forth on the deductions unnecessarily for up to 3 weeks until they finally agreed to payout my balance in 10days time. Today makes it 14days I am yet to receive my deposit.
