Highly recommend Ryder and Dutton, the staff are very attentive, flexible & explain things really well for first time buyers. Really appreciated them throughout buying my first home. I first had Kristen who then went on Mat leave and handed over to Robyn and the handover was flawless, both were fantastic. My only bit of advice - After having my offer accepted, I was contacted by R&D and recommended a solicitors called Conveyancing home limited based in Leeds who I absolutely would not recommend they were beyond horrific, caused me an incredible amount of stress and anxiety.

Our experience of Ryder and Dutton was to buy / put an offer on a property. We have been speaking with Robyn Roberts throughout the whole experience. We felt assured knowing that she would update us whenever required. At one point, whilst I was working and had to put an offer in, she called my partner on my behalf and updated her which was above and beyond. Genuinely fantastic service. We sold our home with Ryder and Dutton after first listing with another agent. We decided to switch to Ryder and Dutton, and I'm so glad we did. They have been worth every penny. It's not often you get great customer service anymore, but I really feel that we've had it. Nothing is too much trouble, the communication is great and I think the out-of-hours services keeps everything ticking over even when the branch is closed. Communication was frequent and honest about the step of the process my application was currently in, and if there were any hold ups/extra documentation required I was contacted by Lynn right away and Our correspondence was always friendly and professional. Natalia was extremely helpful in explaining everything to me as a FTB, and secured me a better deal than I originally had from another provider. Towards the end, Conor helped with the insurance stuff and answered any questions I had Cannot recommend them enough, especially if you're new to process. We've rented with Ryder & Dutton for 5 years and Linda Broadbent and Vicky Griffiths have been nothing but fantastic all the way through our tenancy. Anything we needed (a lock has jammed, the washing machine stopped working, etc) was sorted almost immedatlely. We decided to move but wanted to stay with R&D solely because of them, so we waited for something to come up. The one part of the puzzle that was completely faultless was Ryder and Dutton! Evie was our contact and she literally kept on top of EVERYONE and EVERYTHING, including both solicitors, the vendor, and was always one step ahead of me.
