My experience of obtaining a mortgage through the mortgage advice bureau has been Excellent, John butterworth guided me through the neccasary processes needed to obtain a mortgage whilst making sure to explain all my options in detail. The mortgage offer I received was tailored to suite my individual needs and finances. As a first time buyer the advice I received from John was invaluable and helped take a huge mental weight off my shoulders; knowing that I was getting the best deal. After securing my mortgage I was transferred to Lynn Hughes, whose communication was excellent, as somebody who works away from home, this was vital to keep me informed and help keep the mortgage process moving at a fast pace, she also kept my solicitor and estate agents informed, making sure that nobody was left out of the loop as to what was going on. In sumarry, I highly recommend both John Butterworth and Lynn Hughes, they helped make a stressful time so much easier and are a credit to the mortgage advice bureau. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

Lynn Hughes is an absolute star! She is a fantastic mortgage advisor and has been so helpful and patient throughout the whole process. My case was particularly difficult due to coronavirus, but Lynn stuck with it and managed to get my mortgage offer issued. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Peter Hill is also a fantastic guy and does a very thorough job, excellent service from genuine people cannot fault them at all. Best professional experience I've had.

I met with a few estate agents and settled on ryder and dutton to sell my property. I couldn't have been happier with my choice. The whole team from start to finish were amazing and I can't emphasise this enough, but specifically Zoe Waterhouse, who went above and beyond for me. The whole process of selling a property is stressful but zoe was the one person that put me at ease every time and got things done, not only to a high professional standard but did so quickly and efficiently, I would recommend her and her team every time.
