TrustpilotShocking experience to buying a house
Shocking experience to buying a house. In Huddersfield. I offered over asking price and they made me wait 5 days with no response. I chased many times in between to not even get a phone call back. Told me fibs in between to keep me on hold , for to be told last min 2 other offers had been made which left no time to think and got sold within the couples of hours. Where as I was first to view and offered over asking so that it would have been accepted straight away. But they wasted my time on purpose. They just had to be honest and told me that other people are viewing and potential offers could be made, but made me feel that I was the highest offer for a while and they couldn’t reach either parties for 5 days!!! Disgusting .. person dealt with me was Emmy spiers

GoogleVikki and Linda has let several properties for me and is always friendly and professional in their attitude. They have dealt with several awkward tenants and do their best at every opportunity. Not only for me as a landlord but for the tenants as well.

They had some useful advice for renovation of the property and I had excellent communication with the staff.I would be happy to use them again and would recommend them to others.

GoogleGreat service for mortgage advice from David and Katie. They kept us fully informed of the process, contacting solicitors and lenders. David also kept an eye out for the best rates and we were able to save even more money. I would strongly recommend them to guide anyone through the mortgage market.
