TrustpilotSold my house on the first weekend
Ryder and Dutton sold my house on the first weekend when there were 5 consecutive viewings arranged back to back. I was fortunate enough to have 3 offers from these. I opted to use the solicitors Ryder and Dutton recommended. I don't have such a good review for them however. I would like to thank and sing the praises of Emma Spiers who was always willing to chase my solicitor when I couldn't get hold of them, and the buyer's solicitor, to keep the sale on track. Highly recommended.

GoogleFor a first time buyer everything was made clear and understandable with the opportunities to raise any concerns throughout the process of the Mortgage application. Email response was very quick and always felt making a call was no bother. A very high standard of service and would definitely recommend.

Our property had lots of viewings from the offset, we always received feedback and it sold pretty quickly. Megan at Ryder and Dutton liaised between the solicitors was friendly,helpful and kept us informed. All staff from the initial valuation to the end sale were approachable and helpful.

TrustpilotMisleading information and False advertising
Got notified the day a house went on the market for sale and expressed interest. Was sent an email advising to choose a date and time suitable to review the property so I did and thought all was sorted (or so I thought) Turns out the email the estates agent send you is so that the estate agent can then call you and get your business on their books, it’s nothing to do with viewing houses. Totally misleading and false advertising and I will be putting a formal complaint In with the governing body. I know it’s a dog eat dog world since covid but come on, this way of working is lower than the low. appalled by this tactic and I will not be buying a house through this estate agent.
