Not had a perfect experience buying a first (forever) home from finding out we were in a chain of 5 when we were told no chain originally, however the team did the leg work at the end which managed to break part of that chain and we exchanged today after making an offer on 7th April and now move in 26th July.

Would avoid renting through this agency. Nightmare with the landlord and this agency was zero help. Neither party declared a damping issue before we rented (and we got a report saying the property does have this issue), and avoided commenting whenever we brought it up. When we couldn't get anywhere with the landlord we turned to this agency for help who just said 'nothing we can do'. Rented for a long time and no other agency has been this unhelpful. We are currently paying around the clock just so we didn't have to live in mold caused by the damp (see pics, damages to our furniture) to come out of contract. Apparently they agree with the landlord that this is acceptable conditions to live in. They're not customer centric, they're for the landlords.
