We recently sold our house through Jackie Quinn. All the staff are absolutely incredible-honest, friendly, approachable and really helpful-an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their hard work and persistence with viewings paid off in securing us a buyer for our property and Claire was absolutely instrumental in ensuring the sale and our onward purchase progressed. She went above and beyond with multiple calls and emails to estate agents and solicitors in a very long and slowly-progressing chain! A huge thank you to everyone involved. I have been with Jackie Quinn for almost 5 years, both selling and managing my flat when I was renting it out. 5 star personalised service where all staff genuinely care about meeting your needs and always try their best to make contact with you as soon as possible, and keep you updated. I want to give a special shout out to Claire Adams. I went through a very ardous and prolonged eventual sale of my flat. It almost fell through at times but Claire went above and beyond the job title of most sales representatives. She was fair, listened to and tried to meet needs of both myself (the seller) and the buyer, so that we could come to a common ground. When I personally couldn't carry out specific requests made by the buyer, due to my work and time constraints, Claire took on this job herself even though this was outside the scope of her job description. In the final days before completion, the sale was very compromised and almost didn't go through. Claire tried her best to prevent this by offering extra services such as personally delivering paperwork to offices herself in person. Her contribution is a big reason why we eventually managed to get a successful outcome. I am indebted to her and rest of Jackie Quinn. If I buy/rent in the area again, they will be my first estate agent to choose.

If you ever looking to buy or sell , you wont find a better agent, they are the best I have ever dealt with, they go out of their way to make you happy and every thing goes smooth, they look after you from start to finish..we were only buying from them but made sure they kept you informed of any changes and chased up solicitors to make sure they were doing there job and had all the info they needed.... I know agents get a bad reputation, but Jackie Quinn are cut above the rest by a mile...., they get a 5Stars from me...would definitely use them again to buy and sell..

Decided to have the house valued for the first time since we moved in a decade ago. Spoke initially with Georgina who was pleasant and easy to deal with. Beverley, who did our valuation, was a pleasure to have in our home. Clearly very knowledgable and understanding of the Ashtead area having worked at JQ for 25 years. I liked the fact that Beverley told me straight, the pros and cons of the property and how and why it was valued at a certain price. No smoke and mirrors. Which is hard to come by these days.
