Fantastic mortgage advisory service. Alistair from the Forest Hall branch took us through the process at a scary time with high interest rates. He helped us pick the best option and then arranged everything for us, taking away all the expected stress from remortgaging. We will be back next time!

It turned out I sold and bought with RMS and I honestly couldn’t be happier. Every single member of the team at the Ponteland branch for my purchase were amazing. Everyone was really friendly, messages were communicated quickly and there was always a positive outcome. We sold our flat and despite a pandemic and RMS closing the local office during the sale we couldn’t have experienced a more professional service. In fact, Laura from RMS was on the ball throughout and did a better job than our solicitor. Without her we’d never have known our solicitor was causing a delay. We’ll definitely use RMS when we sell our next property - not so sure about the solicitor.

GoogleThe Forest Hall branch were really good through my whole sale, especially my mortgage Alistair Bowman. Without him and the estate agents pushing the solicitors I am dubious if the sale would have ever complete! First house and I had zero clue, so I just followed all his knowledgeable advise.
