Josh was lovely, very helpful and patient with me as I was selling my late parents home so it has been a very emotional journey for me from start to finish, just a shame he was not there today for me to thank personally. I cannot say the same for Simply Conveyancing who Northwood recommended .. but we got there in the end .

Despite a very quiet market, Northwood managed to secure an offer on our property after the very first viewing, and we were sale agreed within just 10 weeks, a fantastic result. A big thank you to Mark, whose deep local market knowledge and experience really stood out. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and showed us properties that genuinely matched our criteria. His no-pressure, honest approach made the process stress-free, and his skill in helping us negotiate a deal that worked for both sides was invaluable. Josh also deserves special mention for the way he handled our property viewings. He took the time to arrive early before the very first viewing to get a real feel for the house and anticipate any questions potential buyers might have. Mark and his team created a great set of highly professional photos and a video to kick off the marketing. Their approach was open and honest when communicating with potential buyers, and I believe this was key to the success of our sale. As an old building there were a few issues, such as rights of way, a 'flying freehold', poor EPC and the property comprised of 4 different title deeds which in turn meant there were 5 boundaries. Managing the buyers expectations, in my opinion, was paramount to successfully finding the right buyer, without any hidden surprises that could have compromised a purchase further down the line. The team were clearly very knowledgeable and experienced at dealing with all types of properties. We are pleased we chose Northwoods and would highly recommend.

I cannot give a more glowing review of Colin who took the time to give my home a thorough rental appraisal as well as complimenting on how lovely it was. Colin was not only extremely informative he gave invaluable advice into the Buy to Let/Let to Buy world and it was clearly evident that his work really mattered, which means a great deal to me and on a more personal level, he took the time to give me reassurances providing a very comprehensive understanding of becoming a new landlady and what it entails.
