GoogleVery sub-par service , I had been previously warned about the customer service and general conduct of the company and its staff but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Needless to say the flippant attitude and general neglect of basic commutation myself and my partner experienced has safely assured we will be avoiding Mann Letting in future.

GoogleLettings side; Unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend,very unhelpful when there's issues with the property. Customer service course wouldn't go amiss.

GoogleThis agency by far is the worst have ever used . They are good at taking advantage of their tenant . They charge you for renewal of contracts every year and the tenancy fees keeps going up every year. I would not recommend it
