GoogleTerrible Customer Service. Just received email with new property to let. I've called immediately to be told that they already have 100 requests for that property. I've tried to ask how that was even possible as I've called right away upon having received the email. The girl on the phone told me exactly how to unsusbcribe if I wasn't happy and she hang the phone down on my tentative of complaint. Unfortunately this kind of treatment come from those who believe to be the untouchable and the best of all. I will surely unsuscribe and surely they will not care about this at all, to say the least. What can I say? Use them as last resource and hope to be listened to.
I'm sorry about this. The rental market is so busy at the moment with demand constantly outstripping supply. We understand this can be frustrating. We would like to wish you well and hope you find the home you are looking for. Roger Lightfoot (Director)

GoogleAfter our previous landlord decided to sell we viewed a house to rent with Hobbs Parker and they were honestly amazing. When we got offered the house everything was so easy and still is. We wasn't passed around colleagues Claudine has dealt with us from the very beginning. Couple of hiccups with the property which as well going straight back to Hobbs Parker they have been dealt with so quickly and now everything is perfect. We are hoping we won't have to move again for a while and can enjoy watching our children grow up making memories in this home 🏠.

GoogleBill Dane of Hobbs Parker Ashford Kent. Bill was recommended to me by a mutual friend, also Jame Hickman also of Hobbs Parker was also my neighbour. Bill is excellent in his field of expertise & despite being an estate agent is a decent guy with a good soul. If ever in the future I should need to use an estate agent again, I would have no hesitation in choosing Bill at Hobbs Parker. Also Liz & the rest of the office team are excellent also.

Thank you for leaving feedback Victoria. Referencing forms an important part of the letting process. The landlord reserves the right to decline your application if factors emerge through referencing which we were not made aware of at the outset. Expenses are legitimately deducted to cover the costs involved in an abortive application. Hobbs Parker are fully compliant and regulated to a much greater degree than most other letting agents.
