The whole experience from start to finish was amazing, the customer service felt really nice and personal and the updates and Contact second to none. GoogleTerrible Customer Service. Just received email with new property to let. I've called immediately to be told that they already have 100 requests for that property. I've tried to ask how that was even possible as I've called right away upon having received the email. The girl on the phone told me exactly how to unsusbcribe if I wasn't happy and she hang the phone down on my tentative of complaint. Unfortunately this kind of treatment come from those who believe to be the untouchable and the best of all. I will surely unsuscribe and surely they will not care about this at all, to say the least. What can I say? Use them as last resource and hope to be listened to.
