A massive thank you to Gould and Harrison for their hard work and dedication to get this sale to completion. This was the most stressful transaction but through absolutely no fault of Gould and Harrison who I cannot praise enough. I started my buying journey in Feb 2023 and completed Dec 2023 buying from them. Putting an offer on the house I fell in love with in March. It was Andy who took me for a couple of viewings and never pressured me to make a decision but let me decide. At various points I spoke with the rest of the team who were always so helpful, but I have a special mention for Jo who was phenomenal with her communication to all parties in the chain and really went the extra mile. She never once got annoyed with me, she was on the end of the phone or email when I was stressed and crying and also when there were happy moments. If I ever sell I will definitely be using Gould and Harrison to be my agent.

I cant thank Lee and his team enough for the professional service they provided in helping me arrange the purchase of a house for my father in Wye. It was difficult enough with the Covid restrictions and the solicitors were extremely slow but we got there eventually and would highly recommend there services if needed ,

I have worked with Gould Harrison on numerous occasions over many years. Every single time I have had the very best of service from Nigel Gould and all of his staff. Both in sales and lettings. They know their business ~ priced right for a sale though always pleasing and accurate. Having been in the property business in Ashford for many, many years! Their experience is phenomenal. The communication with the office is 'second to none!' Both dealing with vendors and purchasers alike. I would recommend Gould Harrison absolutely whole heartedly 💯

GoogleWe have just completed our 2nd transaction with Gould & Harrrison in the course of 1 year. We moved to the UK last year and they made the process of completing the contracts as pain free as possible. They are also conscientious of both parties involved and have been great mediators where issues have arisen and enabled both sides in a win-win situation. I would highly recommend this cohesive and friendly team to anyone looking for property (letting or buying) in the Ashford area.

GoogleI contacted many estate agents when selling my house. The reason we went with Gould & Harrison and Lee in particular was not because he quoted the highest amount but because he had the most knowledge about the local area and trends within the market. As a consequence of this, he gave us a huge amount of confidence throughout. Even when there were issues with other people in the chain, Lee chased all of these problems up ensuring the sale went through as quickly as it could. If you choose Gould & Harrison, you will get a quality service. Thanks for everything Lee!

What I wasn't expecting was to find an exceptional estate agency here in Ashford - Gould Harrison rightly deserves to be described that way.From my very first contact, Lee Blackman treated me with the attentive, considerate care that most agents reserve for their sellers only. Gould Harrison and in particular Lee Blackman acted on behalf of our purchasers but went beyond the call of duty by taking management control of the whole chain. They patiently, professionally and diligently communicated and liased with all parties to not only resolve issues but try and preemptively head off any problems. A better service you could not hope for. Thoroughly recommended.

After spending nearly a year with one of the large national estate agents with very little activity or viewings, Gould & Harrison sold our home within 2 months to buyers from London. I'd be wary of being lied to by this agent for their own gain at the beginning and end of a tenancy. Fortunately, I am in a position where I keep all written evidence but others may not be so lucky. Sadly in the current climate, my review will not deter people from renting with them but perhaps landlords could review other agents when deciding who to market their property with. As well as being lied to, they also acted in an underhand manner which was highlighted and dismissed by the Deposit Protection Service. As stated by the DPS 'After the online claim was submitted to The DPS, the letting agent including additional claim(s). I do not consider it fair or reasonable for a letting agent to include additional claim(s) that the tenant was not notified of when the claim against the deposit was started'.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
