GoogleMy wife and I first met Nigel Gould in 1990 when we needed a valuation on our commercial premises. At the time there were only two agents in Ashford with the necessary qualifications. We have only dealt with Gould & Harrison since then and for almost a quarter of a century this very professional company has handled several purchases and sales on our behalf. We have never regretted any transaction they have handled for us. Over the years Nigel has recruited an extremely well trained and knowledgeble team. We purchased our very first house over 50 years ago with Gould & Harrison, A good acquisition with Nigel. The younger members of staff are all very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Lee has handled sales and purchases for us in recent years and is very professional. Now that we live in France Hayley has looked after rental properties for us very well. Ron & Heidi Feist.

I cannot recommend Gould Harrison highly enough. Nigel came out and valued the property, such a kind sincere gentleman who knows the industry extremely well. Nigel knows his market and talked us through the whole selling process. We knew this was the estate agency for us.We received regular updates, calls and emails.This is no ordinary estate agents, this is the elite. In my opinion heads above any other in the area. Their fees are in line with the other agents, but that is where the comparison stops.Highly effective in selling our property, attention to detail and always on hand to answer any queries.Special mention must also go to Lee and to Jo.Thank you all for a very easy selling process!

Having just purchased and sold our houses with GH we had placed our feedback on the site but for some reason it did not appear in the sites feedback which worries me that our views are not taken seriously and this whole process is a total waste of time. Why have a site that selects people's feedback to suit the website.I will use GH again becasuse they were brilliant and made the whole process so easy.The agent who dealt with our purchase and sale was Lee and he was excellent from the start.Keeping us informed throughout and always very approachable.We are now well on the way to updating the property and it will look amazing when done.What a family home Thank you.

GoogleOutstanding service and honesty from day 1. Easy to approach and very helpful throughout the purchase (even with questions that were not related to their properties!). I was looking for a "project" house and Lee showed me round a property which was needing a complete refurb. I was touched by his decency when instead of pushing for a sale and trying to sway me towards a purchase he advised me against the property suggesting that it would cost more than I had estimated and that he reckoned that I would prefer other properties. With the bad reputation that estate agents very quickly build for pushing for the sale to bump their commission, I cannot recommend these guys more!! Thank you for your help throughout

GoogleThere seem to be many sharks and corporate cowboys in the estate agent world. Gould and Harrison are an agent that give the trade a good name. I felt I was working with them to get the job done (even though they do all the work!). They are also a lot of fun and clearly enjoy working together. I almost wanted to apply for a job with them myself! I immediately trusted them and didn't feel they were selling me a story. It's a very professional operation and I would actively seek them out should I wish to buy or sell a house again. Huge thanks to the team.

GoogleLee, Jo, and the rest of the team did a fantastic job facilitating our recent house purchase. From the initial phone call to book a viewing, right through to picking up the keys they were friendly, helpful, efficient and above all else honest in their approach. They also worked very well with the other estate agents and solicitors involved, always communicating with us when necessary. I cannot recommend them highly enough and have no doubt that we will employ their services again in the future.

They responded quickly to queries and kept us regularly informed which did help as buying a house is stressful! We love our new house so much and are very grateful for all their help in getting us our dream house.

GoogleAs a globally remote owner trying to sell a house in the UK was going to be hard work. However the team at Gould & Harrison made it easy. They kept the communication flowing, they chased solicitors for us, they just kept the whole process ticking along. AND gave good honest advice. Pleased to say we have sold the house. Happy with the service. Cant say enough about the communication levels from Jo and Lee.

They helped us out during our sale and purchase (they were the estate agent for both properties) and were an invaluable source of advice and help. Could not have found a more helpful agent. Every query we had, and we had a few, was answered quickly and professionally. Both gentlemen we dealt with were courteous and very polite. This is the first time we have moved home and I would use Gould & Harrison again and recommend them to anyone in a similar position.
