GoogleMost unprofessional Estate agents I have had to deal with. I veiwed a property 2 months ago and told them I was intrested and went ahead with my application. After numerous calls of checking my application process they said they would get back to me after speaking to the landlord. I was first to veiw and first to put a application for the house and I didn't hear anything back. The house has now been let to someone but I thought the communication could have been a lot better from the lettings team. It's a good job I'm wasn't in a hurry to move.

GoogleOver all they provide a good service, the reason I didn't give a 5 star is because when viewing my current property they didn't mention important maitence issues, when I questioned a member of staff after noticing the issues my response was I wanted to see if you noticed, I thought this was unprofessional. Although we had lots of contact with them to get issues resolved to start with, they always picked up the phone and got the problems resolved in a few days.

From listing our property through to exchange and completion, despite many headwinds (including selling a house during a national lockdown), the attendtiveness and all-round "can do" attitude of Gould & Harrison - and specifically Lee Blackman - was first rate. We were very happy with their performance.
Thank you Charlie, we are most grateful. We heard from mum before Christmas that she was settling in to her new place. It wasn't without its challenges an even a few obstacles I didn't expect but we were all delighted to help mum move.

A professional, efficient, friendly service that went above and beyond what you would expect. As they know their area so well and they understand their clients needs, they can effectively match buyer with property. Our house sold on the first viewing and they even gave us advice and support on properties on our house purchase, even though it was out of their area. One thing that sets them aside, apart from their excellent knowledge of their industry, is their excellent liaison with solicitors and other estate agents in the chain. This helps to speed up the process and ensures you know where you are and of anything you have to do.
