Unfortunately the property you enquired about had received an offer and our instructions were to proceed with that purchaser so at this time we were unable to assist you. Whilst we appreciate this can be frustrating we are obliged to take the instructions of our client.

Dear Malcolm I note your review but can't find any record of your purchasing, selling or letting a property through us. Service standards are very important to us and if you have experienced any problems I would appreciate knowing what they were. Would you be so kind as to contact me at lee.blackman@gouldharrison.co.uk Kind regards Lee Blackman
